After one year normal use my smartphone bent suddenly. Realized this after a hot day and suspected broken retaining collars or an expanded battery, both clearly a case of warranty. BQ service told me to not carry the phone in my pocket and refused any inspection without prepayment over 165€.
Eventually I dissembled the device and it's actually the plastic body which is bent. So besides my complaints about BQ service I wonder if anyone else had a similar problem.

After countless of hours diagnosis and doing trial and error in order to rectify the faulty touchscreen issue where a certain part of the touchscreen area is not working. My solution for this problem is by putting a piece of paper or hard cardboard underneath the digitizer ribbon cable just after the connector.(refer the circle part in the picture below)

Hello together
My device is 2/3 month old.
I carry it in the trouser pocket (without a case).
It seems that the rubber coating on the back side is starting to come off.

Google says, this is a standard wear, no exchange.
What do you think about this problem?
Any other person with this problem?
As the title says I got a notification that I somehow have moisture in my charger port even though my phone has been nowhere near any water... it's a replacement device following the recall
Has anyone else seen this before? I didn't get get this when I had my previous device and submerged it under water.

Hello, I'm clumsy and destroyed my display by dropping my phone.
So I ordered a new display, removed the old one and connected the new display and everything worked. (With open case).
Then I was ready to glue the new display in, removed all the protective foil and suddenly the touchscreen is not working anymore.
Can someone give me a hint what the problem is?

How should the small connector (Ground?, on the left side) should be attached to the inside of the phone?
Hi everyone, I was trying to disassemble my A50 because I had ruined my LCD when I violently dropped it and I wanted to take it upon myself to fix this damn thing. I saw that the frame's (?) front part had a crack on it, I presume from the aforementioned fall. I was wondering if I were to replace my LCD, would I need to get a whole frame with it, or if it's fine to just get an LCD without the frame.
