Unlock LG G5 H830 (H83020o) with root method

Hello guys
I am badly need your help
I bought my new phone LG G5 from ebay and it's locked to T-mobile network with pre-installed app from t-mobile.
the problem is I discovered that the imei is blocked by T-Mobile. I tried an online service to unlock my phone and they said to me that the imei is blacklisted
I found also a service online to unblock (IMEI Cleaning, Unblocking, Unbarring ) so I paid for it and I am waiting for results.

I decide to ask you as an experts in this domain : could I root my phone and unlock it ?
* I am using my phone outside the USA
* my phone details : LG G5 H830 Nougat software v 20o

Question regarding rooting Unlocked T-Mobile LG G7

Hello everyone, I am unaware if this is possible, or not. If I have a Lg G7 that I've bought outright from T-mobile, and can be used with any phone carrier, am I able to root it as an unlocked factory unit? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Only LG g7 from Europe (g710EM models) can be bootloader unlocked. Also the T-Mobile model has been known to cause problems with whatever custom development is going on here.
As a normal stock phone it's ok. It's just not development friendly

how to unlock LG G7tinQ from Verizon to have ulm version

I bought the phone "LG G7 thinQ" through Ebay it supposed to be unlock to any carrier, however model is LM-G710VM and is lock to Verizon US.
I can't use it with Rogers network.
Can someone advise me how to change the firmware to ULM so it will be unlock.

I have the same problem and i did some research and to my best knowledge (but havent tried yet) all you need to do is download LGUP 1.15 or higher and then you can use that to flash a different firmware on you LG. Let me look for the post again and i will post that link on here. Im currently having problems getting my G710VM to show up on ADB devices or i would of already tried that.

No sim unlock available for G710VM. Use my thread to unlock your G710VM bootloader by crossflashing to a ULM kdz.

nearly 3 lakh indian bought the phone but there is no working instruction found on internet to unlock

Lg v50s have identical specifications like lg g8x but it does not comes up with dual screen accessories
Lg v50s capable of unlocking bootloader
But i tried to boot into bootloader but i cant do they disabled or hided bootloader for indian variety??

Help flashing Custom rom on LG G8 820UM AT&T

Recently got a LG G8 thinq at&t variant, we have the bootloader unlocked, but cant find any custom roms, and it seems at twrp doesn't support this model, so can't flash GAPPS, even if we did get a rom. Can anyone help? Thanks

There are no custom roms yet. Someone has to make one. I'd take a crack at it if I wasn't retarded when it came to programming. Every time someone tries to help me I screw it up.
