Viper4Android screamin' with these steps...

I currently own a Moto X Pure Edition XT-1575 and now, my Moto G4 Plus XT-1644 that these steps work to get Viper4Android working on your G4 Plus.
1) UNLOCK Bootloader
2) Have TWRP Recovery and BE ROOTED
3) Reboot to TWRP Recovery and flash the following zip files in the order they are numbered.
4) WIPE CACHE
5) Reboot
6) INSTALL included apk and Open
7) Flash Drivers
8) Grant Root
9) Wait for it to tell you to Reboot, and Reboot
This is NOT MY Work, but i can confirm that it works on my G4 Plus XT-1644.

No need to use these many files. I've included a file flash it through twrp it has v4a and Dolby with beats audio that to 9-10mb works great with g4+ I'm using it. Trust me guys it works awesome!

dont work on xt1622 moto g4 ..
keeps switching between speaker and headset speaker ..
edit: got it working -.- but how about that 84% limit ..what mixer_path should i edit ..i have 3 from what i can see .

I just installed v4a apk to get v4a working on my xt1642

Just curious. Exactly how is V4A improving audio for you? The output to decent in-ears (Philips Fidelio S1, 32 Ohm, high sensitivity) is already pretty good through Poweramp v3 Alpha (SoX resampler and no EQ) to my ears. Easily loud enough and with better clarity than my old ipod nano 3rd gen. I play mostly 320k mp3s, some 16/44.1 and 24-bit FLACs (even though I know that it is all resampled to 16/48). Is V4A for tonal tweaks or is there some magic to digital signal handling going on?

I flashed stock viper 4.71 fromhttp://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/viperaudio-viperatmos-3-8-sq-driver-t3289075, wiped dalvik and rebooted. What are all those zips and the app in op for?

Some out of those zips are flashable variants of Viper, such as Atmos or DolbyDigital+ or Sony Beats which are customized versions built from respective roms the related audio effects/settings have been ported.
The rest are either IRS samples or profiles or DDC samples, which unlike the main app, can be extracted and put into the corresponding sub folders into the Viper folder on SD card.

i like to try it on aex 5.4 treble

i think this is non treble only its ot installing , i tried installing it using the magisk module manager but it keeps failing . i will try flashing using TWRP recovery and report back

It won't install on treble ROMs . on non treble ROMs it does install but only pixel launcher is their no themes no rounded edges . tried on bootleggers latest flashed through recovery on magisk 16.0

I would appreciate it if you would credit my original module since you just modified the files in it and didn't even bother to change much of the description. Even with credits, your work is full of kanged themes and files and I suggest you take this down.

There exists some problems exist with Android P style theming i will fix it next build
Some people facing problems such as bootloop & lag so make a back before flashing v2.1

Everything. EVERYTHING IS KANGED.
The base is @joeyhuab 's Pixel Experience module.
You have kanged @harsh sharma 's and @MSF Jarvis 's subs themes and havent even cared to remove signatures.
You have taken @paphonb 's launcher and included it.
And I'm willing to bet you have taken my Pixel 2 Boot+Splash and used that too.
All of that without any proper credits or permission.

[Magisk] Mic low volume fix - custom roms

This is a fairly simple module that increases the mic volume for custom roms. Since a couple of months, mic volume became so low (I guess it happened after flex used xiaomi's Jan blobs in los16). This module just edits mixer_path_mtp file and raises the volume a bit. I've been using it for a month and no one complains about my low volume anymore.
This is not tested and will not probably work in stock rom since I remember that mixer_path file in stock is named something else and I don't remember it.
You may send me any mixer_path file in/vendor/etc/ and I will try to do the same edits and it would work.

This is a magisk module that you should flash using magisk manager. AFAIK, Most custom roms have fixed the issue and added similar changes so I don't think this is necessary anymore.

Actually, it is necessary. I am having problems with my mic in my Samsung galaxy s6 with the unofficial resurrection remix os. Know any fix other than this? It didn't work for me, sadly.

Oh, this module is made for xiaomi mi a1 (tissot) and most probably your device will not boot or will boot with missed up sound configuration.

Not working here...
Anyone got stereo reproduction with those?
If there can be usefull for comparsion, editing ecc, i've pulled out files of Mi 6 that's one which have stereo sound by default ...

Working hete.. but earpiece is not that strong. Just a hinch of stereo support, nothing more or less. I think it's just not powerful enough.
But V4A and especially Dolby does the job ojt of the downfire speaker pretty well!

Thank's man. Made a nice little shortcut. I made the mistake of opening the camera app and having it pop out.

i don't know if it already have it, didnt test it, but adding the feature of a quick setting for opening/closing it would be just perfect

This app is very useful for some GSI ROMs.:fingers-crossed:

so the cam stuck open when switching to Video in gcam. but i was able to fix it with this APP (set cam out/in).
I already had this issue but flashed miui fastboot to fix it. But now thought to try this APP.

Somehow installing Viper4android along with ACP, AML and Ainur breaks my pop-up camera. This apk saves lives! Thank you xD

My pop-up camera doesn't work in other apps, in this one I:
1) Set to "In"
2) Tap POPUP
3) It comes out, instantly comes in again and makes unpleasant gear sounds.
4) If I tap POPUP again, it tells it's out already
5) If I tap TAKEBACK it makes some more gear sounds and then considers it in (I can repeat step 2)
ROM is RR 8.6.4 with 12.0.5 CN vendorware (the phone is originally from China). Previously, it worked fine on stock, global, xiaomi.eu and RR 8.6.2 with 12.0.2 CN vendorware, but since then I relocked the bootloader with a stock CN ROM, unlocked it again and flashed RR with persist.img from the stock CN ROM (g-sensor didn't work).
Gonna update it once I try some things tomorrow, if anyone has the same problem

I had to click several time on both button and menu close/open cam, but after 15sec, it worked well.
