i downloaded steadfasterx's G4 Nougat rom, after that, my phone couldn't read SIM card. my phone's software is changed from F500 to H815. so i want to go back to F500. but this is UsU unlock, flashing kdz will hard brick my device. so the question is:I want to convert kdz to zip without bootloader and recovery(just like steadfasterx's Nougat rom but the firmware is F500K Nougat) so how can i do it that?

No u cant if you try u will end up with hard brick i too have 815t i tried using lg up tool with kdz file and ended with hard brick also bootloader cannot be unlocked for 815t
can anyone help me find a lollipop kdz for my g4.it was advertised as an h815 but the board says f500l.i have found MM kdz but cant flash them as flash tool 2014 doesnt support marshmallow and lgup checks phone version before flashing (mine shows h819 for some reason??).also,is there a way to convert tot files to kdz??

No. You will need to edit kdz and rewrite f500 to H815 if you want to get it functional. And your modem and radio won't work at the moment.
I want to unlock my LG 500L(I guess everyone wants that right ) which is updated to nougat.
I tried to downgrading using the F500l20u kdz from lg firmware using LGUP but it failed at 11%.
Replaced the .dll file , still no luck.
Tried to go back to LP using the tot but it failed giving the unknown command error.
So if anyone of you who want to support the unlocking of LG g4 F500L with nougat can give me suggestions on how to go back to MM in order to flash the USU.
Flashing back the Nougat kdz works fine though.
when i went to LG Service center because battery problem, they said "this phone is not made in this country" why they said that, it had F500K firmware, but i flashed G4 v29(N) rom by steadfasterx because bootloop problem,then it changed to F500-H815-LGLS991(F500 wrote on back of the phone, and firmware is H815, and it wrote LS991 in setting>phone information) so the QUESTION IS: I want to flash F500K N firmware, so just i need to replace some files(not in META-INF, only .bin files)in v29.zip by steadfasterx?
