You Can Use Camera 360, i have used Aosp rom its very good and fast but the camera needs a lot of improvements
i am using now camera 360 ultimate 2.5.5 somewhat satisfied but not like the sense 3.0 cam
When i looked your title, very amazing...

one plus one camera apk works with every custom rom available for redmi 1s (except miui v5).
just install it like any other app.
features: fast like miui camera, picture quality better than google camera, swipe up to change feature of camera.:good:

I tried google cam on CM based ROM. Don't you think without noise reduction the result is very noise in low light condition?
But still I like its simplicity and quick snap.

Yeah... Miui stock rom I think it's the best on lowlight..
Miui ported rom is not as good as stock one...
But among google cam, miui ported, 1+1ported cam, cm cam, I think google cam the best on outdoor scene..
I want to move on miui v6 but I am not sure the stock cam is either better or par on miui v5 stock cam
I really want to use LOS or AOSP based rom,
but stock camera app for LOS doesn't seems good enough compare to MIUI stock camera app.
(of course I can use Google camera app, but there's problem with front camera HDR+...)
So, My question is, is there any camera port for Whyred?
(I tried Mi A1 ver, but HDR doens't work)

Did you find any on XDA Note 5 pro topic? No? Then there is no ported stock cam for customs.
Can anyone port the stock MIUI camera with dual camera support and potrait mode for the front camera. All the other apps I tried on my Redmi note 5 Pro running AOSP Extended are either unusable or really bad. So if anyone can port the stock camera app from MIUI it would be really great.
Peace
What about this? https://forum.xda-developers.com/re...miui-stock-camera-portrait-mode-dual-t3816069
we have to wait
Tried also this port from A1 but gives me streched Pictures.
I am on Pixel Experience too, until now the preinstalled LineageOSCam works fine, but you will have best results with Google Camera Port from Arnova (try pixel2mod ver. 8.1). I am also looking forward to an upload from redmi note 5 pro stock camera, because i want to do a comparison between the camera apps. You can expect a working stock app at least when the A2 will be released.

I have tried this but it crashes saying can't connect to camera. Also as already mentioned it is an mi A1 port.
Does anyone know if there exists a port of the Redmi Camera for AOSP-based ROMs, or how difficult would be to create one? Cause I want to be able to take portraits.
I have tried installing Redmi Camera trough APKmirror but it didn't install, I have tried a lot of cameras but none of them worked; Google Camera had a lot o problems, like it didn't let me turn off HDR so photos took a long time to save, portraits would crash the app if I tried to open them before they finished processing, etc.
I really like AOSPExtended but the camera is a big no-no for me.

I saw miui camera ports from other phones. I don’t know about stability, but I can share it in mega.nz
Try using ANX camera.
There's no MIUI Camera port, but you can use ANX Camera, which is made like MIUI Camera
