You can, install twrp, flash cust global then flash global Rom.

My bootloader is unlocked even after flashing multiple rom but there are chances it will lock after flashing global stable miui roms. I flashed Global stable with twrp and bootloader is still unlocked.

Hello! I've just unlocked my bootloader and I am wondering if I can flash the EEA ROM when I have global version pre-installed on my device? Also, can someone provide me the correct steps to flashing the MIUI ROM using Recovery method?
1. You can, just flash a10 eea version with mi flash if you're on a10 global. Global to eea can even lock bootloader, but if you're coming from chinese rom, don't do it. There's a thread on mi Community about which roms can you swap&lock and which you can't.
2. For recovery method, first you have to boot/flash twrp to recovery partition, and then flash normally like any other custom rom. Don't lock bootloader though, because with custom recovery you'll probably brick your phone

I think that no. It is USA Snapdragon version, with locked bootloader, i think. If bootloader is locked, you can't flash any unauthorized ROM's, recoveries (you just can't modify /system partition).
SoI think that the answer is simple - no. There isn't any custom ROM for T807, or any way to unlock bootloader.
