I have a problem with my unit.
First this is my unit:
Brand Name: ROADRISION
Display Size: 7"
TF/Micro SD Slot: 2
ROM: 32G
Model Name: RRA7844A
RAM: 4G
Operating System: Android 8.0
Screen: 1024*600 Capacitive touch screen
CPU: Coretex A53 Octa core px5
And Malaysk ROMs
Problem is - when someone calls me via bluetooth, I hear him but he does not.
I'v tryed connect external micrphon but this same.
I'v wroted to the Seller with this problem and he wrot to me:
"Please try to check "MIC+" and "MIC-" from the photo and welding these 2 points again

And I don’t have any cabel connected to the MIC+&MIC-
This black & red cabels is microphone cabels.
He wrote to me again:
“Please check the point of MIC+ and MIC-, you need to welding them

Please tell me what I have to do: solder those two dots together?
For something completely different side:
I'm looking good working iGO navigation - those whta I'v downloaded is not workin (black screen).
I will be grateful for every answer

The (broken) display of my P3300 was changed, all seemed to be ok.
The PDA started, the display was bright, entering of the phone pin by the touch-display did work well.
But then - no sim card was found. no memory card was found, and the buttons (front and lower sides) did not work.
Does any one know how to handle this problem?
I think that's problem with flat cable from keypad to MB. Probably is not well connected with MB. I had similar problem (card was not found).
So - you need to disassemble your phone, check flat cable and assemble it back. This should fix your problem.

I have bought cheap Omega webcam with plan to attach it to flexible rod and use it together with android phone to see akward places on cars instead of using a mirror (I`m a car mechanic).
I have tryed few wecam apps on CAT S50 and Lenovo Tab 3.
And it`s not working.
It recognizes the camera as Sirius USB2.0 Camera (Vimicro Corp.), but I only get black image.
Camera has light sensor and it triggers LED`s when it`s dark. (That is working when app is open).
Info from device manager on Windows:
Vimicro USB2.0 UVC PC Camera
USB\VID_0AC8&PID_3330&REV_0100&MI_00

This sounds like incompatible with the device, you may need change one or try with other device.

I love my Zenfone 2 Z00A, me and my girlfriend, both have one. I need help with both of them. We bought a car that comes with a multimedia sound system, witch in cludes a display that is both compatible with IOS and Android. My problem is that neither my Zenfone 2 Z00A running Lineage OS (last weekly build 27/01/18), nor my girlfriend´s Zenfone 2 Z00A running stock 6.0 android, can´t mirror our screen in the device. The audio system is a DD2026 Hansei model.
I´ll run the steps so that anyone can plz tell me what else can I try.
1 - Enable USB debugging in phone settings.
2 - Activate the mirroring function in the car display.
3 - Connect the USB cable
4 - My phone asks to permit the USB debugging, and I say yes.
5 - On the screen a message telling that the connection is starting gets a green arrow indicating that the conection happend.
6 - In the cellphone the app easyconnection opens automatically.
7 - The car display freezes in a screen that says "Please autorize the instalation of cellphone internet service in the cellphone". This message keeps blinking and nothing else happens.
What makes me mad is that I tried with my sister in law MOTO G4 and after the step 5 the screen in the car just changes to mirror her MOTO G4 screen. In her phone, the message indicated above do not blink while the connection is happening.
What can be happening that permits the conection between the car and the phone, but then don´t complete the connection? Anybody has a clue? I´ve been trying every change possible in settings and can´t make it work.

I am new on this forum and the reason for joining is that my car HU stopped working and there seems to be a lot of knowledge on this forum. I have tried to search for solutions but did not find any directly adaptable solutions and I don't wan't to brick the unit totally (if it isn't already). I also contacted the seller Witson and got a couple of suggestions but they were unfortunately of no help.
I have not taken the unit out of the car so I can not check any label for exact make and type of the unit but it looks like this newer model - witson.com/displayproduct.html?id=2698508511135168 (sorry, newbie so please copy and paste into browser). To my understanding after some web browsing it is a Hui Fei unit, Android 6, Quad Core, RK3188, MTCB, original Witson type code B5779 when bought in November 2017.
Now to the problem. The unit suddenly did not startup normally anymore - it always halted at the logo - multi-media on-vehicle Navigation System. I contacted Witson for information on how to get into the recovery menu and was advised that a long push on the power button until all buttons flash three times would do the trick - unfortunately I didn't and the logo screen was there. Searching this site I also found that some of you added long and short power button and got to the recovery menu so I tried them too - no luck.
Contacted Witson again and was advised to put dmci.img and update.img files on a SD card and put it in the GPS slot and power up the unit - nothing happened, even the screen was totally black now.
Is there something else I can try or do or do I have to admit that the HU is bricked and ready for recycling?

two weeks ago I bought that unit for my Mazda CX-5.
The problem i have is, when I start the car in the morning, no USB Port is available.
when I start the car later again, all ports can be used.
The seller said, it will be an inkompatible USB chip (my chip is GL850G) and I should replace the GL852G for the GL850G.
It´s no contact problem, I tested all possibilities.
Is it possible that the reason could be is a firmware problem.
My englisch is not very well, so please be answer easy for me.

Update to hal9k ROM, it's an hardware bug. The hal9k ROM resets the usb hub when HU boots.

I have the same problem on my Dasaita!
the problem occurs only with the dab module connected to the cable with 2 usb, while the single USB cable, which I connected the 4G wi-fi router, always works.
If I will installed the hal9k ROM, could I fix the problem?

I purchased a Dasaita PX5 Android 8.0 headunt for a NISSAN X-Trail 2016 last August. Since autumn I've more or less weekly (sometimes daily) a big problem: the head unit restarts during nomal operation conditions and sometimes it even restarts up to 10 times!
After resetting the unit by pressing the reset button the system mostly runs fine. I think the main problem is the USB chip on board. I've read that there's an USB-chip issue. Dasaita suggests to change the chip by your own. Why they do not ship new updated boards?
