Google câmera? Android pie

Alguém tem algum aplicativo do Google Câmera que funcione no A8+ (SM-A730F)? rodando Android PIE (9.0)?

Yeah yeah. me too very interesting beciuse when i had upgrated my A8+ on Pie my cam wasn't work

Their no gmcam working I have tried 70% with all failures.

Need gcam very badly please developers do something and provide gcam for Samsung a8 plus pie ..? I actually stopped using my stock camera application please try for selfie mode and hdr+ enhanced mode

Their has never been a port gcam this phone if you want gcam you may need go back to Oreo.

At this time their is no gcam that works on pie I had tried a ton of them.
I did get one would take a picture but no options would work.

I think developers do something ....new apk compatible for this pie version ?

@tarkzim has released LineageOS 17 for our Mi Max and i have tried a lot of gcam 7 versions. But all of them are force stopping. So after so many tries i found a gcam 7 which is working fine in this phone

It's not stable and does frees the phone sometimes, but when it works it works fine. I Haven't tried astrophotography

Recently I was searching for a Google Camera Mod, and I have tried a few. But when some lacked quality others lacked new features, advance settings. And somehow I came across this Google Camera.. ( It's almost stable and it works great )
And all the credit goes to the developer of this mod.

I didn't change too much settings..
I increased HDR strength, saturation,
and enabled raw, night sight suggestion, lens clean suggestion.
And some minor changes. It's still not perfectly stable.
But I have a note 5 pro and this gcam works perfectly and the pictures are incredible

Thanks, I recently tried another G cam
And I'm currently using it right now. It is more stable.. but we there is a small but with night sight and light condition choosing.
But the funny part is that I'm already using the same mod that you mentioned

Miui 10 on Our mi max is still on nougat. You need Android pie ROM to install this mod

I got another gcam 7 which is working great in mi max.
I tested/used it in android q only till now. So i don't know about android pie.

I tried taking a selfi.... And it is showing the capturing circle but it doesn't capture/save the image... But if you disable the HDR+ to HDR the photo is capturing

Have you tried to use Google camera under Android 10.
I'm running Miui 11 on my MiMax 3 with Android 10, but I'm unable to enable camera2 api.
Any help?

2, Root your phone

That's it.
I'm sure someone must have made a video on this topic.search on YouTube.
Oh and my device is mi max 1 so the company didn't release miui11 for this device. So i cant test it by my self

Of course I did the points 1 and 2 already.
In Android 9 I just had to flash a zip to enable camera2 api. But in Android 10 it's not working.
What do you mean with install camera2 api. In my understanding it is implemented in Android and has to be enabled in the build.prop. I did it with the flashing.
Still noone with experience in Android 10?

If the method with magisk is not working... Add the camera 2 api command to your build.Prop manually.
I did the same this with my MiA2 running stock os.
Now it works amazing

I think the problem is Android 10, in the previous version it was no problem.

If the method with magisk is not working... Add the camera 2 api command to your build.Prop manually.
I did the same this with my MiA2 running stock os.
Now it works amazing
Also if your gcam is force closing check if it's the issue of the apk or cam2api via Manuel camera compatibility.
If that didn't help
Check if you have this line in your build prop
persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=0
If you do change the "=0" to "=1"
persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1

Did you successfully activate Camera2API on Mi MAX 3 with Android 10 Q and MIUI 11?
Also keep waiting somehow because even used a module for Magisk 20.2 channel Canary but even this version still works on Android 10 Q.

As I wrote, I tried that solution, but to no avail.
There must be another way for Android 10.

BEST GCAMv7 FOR MI MAX
I tried all the suggested version none of them were stable. Some crashed, some rebooted the device, some had issues with video and almost every gcamv7 was not even opening. I was using DMGC gcam on my MiA2. I randomly tested it on my Helium and it worked flawlessly ! Even astrophotography is working ! It's not that great but it works ! Some ISO issue with video but when you keep the frame rate to auto. It fixes. I even supported the developer for such a masterpiece I am so pleased ! Thanks Dmitry Garvilo aka the_dise.

Best custom ROM for moto g4 plus xt1641?

I'd like yo know the best rom for the model xt1641 based in oreo and/or pie because all that I found is for xt1642 and if I install roms of xt1642, my xt1641 has issue of overheating

I am using Lineage OS 8.1 latest build, I think it is the best rom for using as it your daily driver, Battery backup is superb (after replacing my battery)

But does your moto g4 plus have problems of overheating? Because that is the problem I have with all roms

It's very common in moto g4 plus, It may
be for the hardware limitation. Every times, it gets hot, it's normal. tt

Yes but with the firmware stock, I don't have problems but when I install a custom rom my moto g4 plus overheats a lot and reboot sometimes alone (sorry about my english)

You have to tolerate some kind behavior. Otherwise you can go back to your Stock rom, I am using lineage OS 8.1, I loved it so much even more than the Stock rom. In my case I do not face any issue. Battery backup is superb (after replacing)

Yo tengo el xt1641 soy de mexico
Actualmente estoy en el ultimo build de linage 14.1 (nougat) ya q las roms con oreo o pie me dan mucho lag al momento de jugar freefire o pubg
Por eso aun sigo en nougat y no sufro sobrecalentamiento, tal ves ya necesitas cambiar la bateria
"Battery backup is superb" quiere decir que tiene un super buen rendimiento en cuanto a bateria

I'm from Argentina but I write in English. With stock rom I don't have problems. It's only with customs. Can elementalX produce overheating? I installed it with default settings

Does your screen have burn-in problems? I have, and I'm sure my overheating problems are directly related to them.
Before, when the phone got too hot, that was the moment when I started to notice the screen burn-in problems.
Both problems are gone now: if this is your case, you got 3 options:
a- Install any app that lets you tweak the RGB colors (255 is default, I have it at 215 but it can vary)
OR
b- Install Ex Kernel and let it apply the custom RGB config at boot
OR
c- Get a ROM that has these things as a built-in feature.

@Srb_Sarkar Did this OS have issue when you tether WiFi hotspot its fluctuate frequently. When I share WiFi hotspot(Currently I am using Oreo 8.1 December patch stock ROM) from moto g4 plus to my laptop, laptop WiFi not continued it gets fluctuate within 1-3 minutes. Is that issue persisted with lineage OS 8.1?

Any one provide a flashable zip to replace google dialer with MIUI dialer?
i want to use automatic call recording feature .i Know indonasian and chaina ROMs comes with MIUI dialer but i dont want to flash them.
Already have bootloader unlocked and rooted with magisk .
on MIUI global 12.5.5

Ive been looking for the same thing for about 5 months now and it doesn't seem to exist. There is aosp dialer with call recording in the crdroid thread and it's just been updated for A12 and it does work. I had to install the apk from the zip after flashing it because it didn't show. I wish miui or the Google dialer would do call recording because aosp dialer looks cheesy it's outdated looking but it works. Google dialer in India call records and no one knows how to make that happen in America

as i already said if you dont mind flashing indonasian ROM you will get MIUI dialer instead of Google Phone app.but i dont know which apps needs to replace in Global rom to get MIUI dialer to get working

You don't have to do that either you can flash EU rom and it has call recording miui dialer.

I just use cube acr qpp from playstore and works good on Arrow 11 no root needed , but does not work for me when using Bluetooth headset

I tried to export Xiaomi contacts app from an old "note 7", tried to install it but it didn't work, the app don't even start, it automatically closes.

it's for POCO X3 but CAN work on F3. (Haven't tried myself)
Other easy solution would be, flash Xiaomi.EU rom. But if you want to stick with Global a better solution would be, extract Xiaomi.EU/China/Indonesia rom (same MIUI version as Global) and replace each file in a zip from above thread to respective file and then flash, however more often than not, these files stays same across the devices for same MIUI version. So, X3 zip should work just fine.

that's one of the reasons I went back to the EU weekly from Arrow call recording ,stock camera and dolby atmos, the reason you can't record your call here in the US to many politicians would be indicted , but I love the option especially when you don't have time to write stuff down and your on the go you can record it , so I say give the EU weekly a try and you will never look back and the battery life is great ! if you use LTE for prefered network and not 5G here in the US my 5 G is no faster so no biggie
