Best version of the Z2 Force to get? - Moto Z2 Force Questions & Answers

I'm finally upgrading from my old Samsung S5.
Which version of the Z2 should I get? I'm thinking T-Mobile?
- I travel internationally all the time so the more bands the better.
- Rooting the phone is a must.
- If I buy a T-Mobile Z2 from Swappa is it pretty much gauranteed to unlock so I can use it on overseas carriers?

SIM unlocking with T-Mobile can be problematic sometimes depending on what the original owner did with his plan. Bootloader unlocking is possible with that variant. Look for a phone that is already SIM unlocked and on T-Mobile if possible.

Xt1789-05 or the 06 they have 6 gig of ram, all versions of the z2 force have a second sim slot you just need to get a double sim tray and there a giuide on here for converting it to duel sim. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

German version on http://www.amazon.de
6GB of RAM and Dual Sim out of the box, also really cheap

I'm in the USA, so does that mean I can't get the 6GB version? All the USA versions are 4GB.
And does the 6GB version has just as many bands as the 4GB?

[Q] Which one to get? Which version uses what bands?

My S3 mini broke. Now I thought to get an S4 mini, but I can't figure out which one would be the right one.
I am using a plan in the US, ultra mobile, which is on the T-mobile network I think. I also often use my cellphone
abroad with other sim cards. I've seen that there is a 16GB version available - SCH-I435 from Verizon.
I can't figure out what bands this phone uses.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_S4_Mini has no info on the bands.
http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/cell-phones/SCH-I435ZKAVZW-specs says:
LTE: Bands 4/13 CDMA 1x/EVDO Rev A. 850/1900 MHz.
Are there any other 16GB versions? What about root/rom? Any significant differences? Which would you recommend?
Its more like do you want LTE or 3g support, any international unlocked version will support all bands
Afaik verizon its CDMA and dont use a sim card therefore can't switch sim

I see. That would be bad. So the verison one can not switch SIM? Which means it can't be used in europe?
This post implies that there is some kind of SIM on the SCH-I435. But I don't exactly understand what works and what doesn't.

Well Im really not sureim not in the us, but I remember a friend had a Verizon phone and can't be enabled in my country because didn't have Sim slot and all carriers have Sim buy was months ago that could have changed
If the info is of any help, I have a GT-I9195 model (currently connected to Spark, NZ) that claims to have 16G of memory and, in this case at least, is unlocked. It takes a mini-SIM, but that's not unusual now days.
Given that most phones in NZ are sold unlocked and people expect to be able to swap SIMs from one phone to another as well as take their current phones to another network, I'm guessing it supports most bands.

Dual Sim version GALAXY Note7 Differences

I would like to buy the Indian version of dual sim variant Note 7 ,what exactly are the differences between dual sim version and USA Att version ?
Does the dual sim version supports Samsung pay and other network features just like the ATT version?
Does it support Dual GSM ? will it support ATT and Verizon simultaneously ?
Thanks Guys appreciate your response.
Can't answer all of your questions but as far as I know:
Dual sim versions allow 2 sims (think 2 carriers/phone #'s) at once.
Single sim version only one sim 1 phone#.
All Sim version phones are GSM but not all versions have all frequencies.
for instance the 930F is missing one or 2 frequencies that AT&T uses. Also it's missing VoLte. It's would still be usable in most areas but there will be spots that service might suffer.
As for Verizon not sure if they even use sim cards at all. so can't answer.

Dual SIM tray

Hey I see that you can use a dual SIM card tray... Where do you get them from ?
Thank you
Edit I have 5g version if that matters
Update - I have UK on ee 5g pro but SIM tray will only take one SIM it's not double sided.
i bought one from ebay
just search for oneplus 7 pro sim tray
I don't think the 5g model will take 2 sims. (Noticed your 2nd post so you presumably already know this )
I don't know if the 5g is dual SIM how can I find out? It has no settings in UI for a 2nd SIM
Anyone know if the 5g version is dual SIM... Two different people say two different things.
Regards
has anyone checked this out for the 5G version yet? might just order one and try it.
The 5G model can do dual-SIM, but you will lose 5G. You literally would have to flash it do a different firmware to achieve this or hope for someone to create a ROM with the 5G firmware that enables dual-SIM. The hardware is capable of dual-SIM, it's just disabled in the 5G firmware.

Due to arrive in 7 to 10 days.
Update: it works perfectly!
How did you get.it to work

note 10 plus 5g dual sim

Hi all
I live in the uk and would like to buy a note 10 plus 5g 512Gb dual sim, unfortunately it's not available in the uk only the single sim available. Does anyone know if it's available in that format where I could get one that would work in the uk
Thanks in advance
I think only the 4g version has a dual sim option globally. Correct me if I am wrong though...
5G version of note 10 plus doesn't come with dual sim
Thanks for the replys I will order the 4G version I have found a 512 GB version on egloba,l as the uk only does the dual sim version in 256GB
Wrong information
There is a Note 10 Plus 5G in dualism.
It's the Chinese Version model # : SM-9760
The Problem Samsung is making a big secret of this in Europe. The problem is how to get it and maybe the Rom /frequency band problems for Europe.
I hope next high and Samsung phones like s11 note 11 will have at least dual sim if not this is my last Samsung device

dual sim

hey guys I am looking to purchase a note ten plus and was wondering if the dual sim feature would work with two different carriers, both carriers are on gsm networks.
Yes it will.
Just make sure it's unlocked and not from a ISP/services provider.
If it comes from a Telco (vodafone/O2 and other) they are software restricted to 1 SIM. You can reflash with an unlocked software (general 975F firmware and it would unlock SIM management but the telco would or should have the 2nd SIM locked.
AFAIK there isn't a sensible way to unlock a 2nd SIM for an officially single SIM device, though it Should be possible.
