I don't have this device but, the following threads may be helpful for what you are looking for and mention your device as well. Don't be afraid to ask for some member guidance within one of them too.

That specific area of the forum is for a different variant but, seems to be the most promising chance.

Just remember that Windows devices are not setup for Android Firmware and, if it is possible, performing this feat is not the easiest and, if you don't know what you're doing, you can easily get yourself into a situation that, potentially, cannot get out of.
Good Luck!

Hi!
Knows anyone a Phone which is well and official supported by Lineage, has physical buttons like most of the Samsung Phones, a changeable battery and which is not too expensive but doesn't has too bad components. So I don't play with my phone, but I don't like it when the phone is laggy.
Thank you

I do see some posts regarding other members trying to get an Unofficial LineageOS developed but, nothing has been released yet. Just be patient... Remember that, the greater the need/want, the greater the chances for someone to release it.
Good Luck!

I have recently purchased the ZTE Blade V8 Pro since my old phone died and I needed a powerful, budget phone. I bought it to only find out that the phone is still on Android 6.0.1 but can be upgraded to Android 7.1.1. According to the internet ZTE's update servers are down right now because they are about to roll out a new update or google took away their ability. I am also under the impression that the raw update files for my phone are floating around the internet and I can put them on my SD card and do the update that way. I was wondering if anyone has the most recent update and security patch for my phone and if so can they send me said files. Even if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.
Edit: The internet has made it clear that this is the most recent update: Z978V1.0.0B19

Hey folks. Currently using a Nexus 6P, and I've got another Nexus 6P that I want to play around with.
I don't have a PC to access at the moment (most of my posts are about ghetto-hacking lol), so I'm hoping there's a way to use one phone as the PC-component.
I don't see why this isn't possible, but I'm not finding much support for my searches.
I'm wondering if I can just sideload from one phone to another and what tools I need to do that.
Thanks in advance for any help

i know 2008 was 13 years ago and no website stays the same forever, but i know y'all used to be all about that kinda stuff back in the day, and considering how inactive other handheld computer/pocketpc communities are these days i figured i'd try my luck here.
so yeah. does this site allow questions about palmtops/handheld pcs/WinMo devices? and if so where would i post em?

Hello and welcome to this forum, indeed we have the "old" device sections where you're looking for:
Legacy & Low Activity Devices
forum.xda-developers.com
You'll find lot's of former devices with Windows Mobile etc.
Neewer ones are listed here for example: https://forum.xda-developers.com/all-forums-by-manufacturer
Otherwise just type the desired device within the search box on top of the website
thanks :>
oh... im afraid none of those subforums apply to this particular situation. you see, im not talking about a phone. im talking about a PDA (specifically, an HP iPAQ). no cellular technology in here except *maybe* the wifi but that doesnt really count. if i missed something pls let me know, cuz i really need help with this relatively obscure issue :/

You can always try you rluck and post on "General", maybe start something...
Like Make a thread called [DEVICE][PDA]HP iPAQ Development Thread and try to see if people come here. Your OP could be a place were you centralize all of the good input, links, development prospect about the device.
If you managed to develop something or have already some knowledge with that device feel free to share it within the thread. It may take time but once you gather a community around the device things starts to get interesting.
Of course it won't blow up instantly, patience is key !
