Xperia M trying to go back to stock rom

I've installed the Cyanogenmod, but it doesn't detect the simcard, so I would like to go back to stock rom.
I have the flashtool of course, and I've found a 4.3-boot.img which should be a good recover img, and that has been placed on the device with the fastboot command
I've also downloaded the C1905_15.1.A.1.9_GLOBAL-INA.ftf
But when I try to use the flashtool to put the ftf file on it, I get these messages:

you just need to reflash your stock FTF file with flashtool. and you need to wipe all data and system partition on flashtool option. you don't need to flash boot.img because that is available on stock ftf file
if you find any problem just ask me again

Ok, tried it again, found an older 'GLOBAL' version of the rom, and used that, and that worked. For some reason the one I've just downloaded from a link in xdadevelopers forum doesn't work.
Thankfully the older previously downloaded worked like a charm, now I hope it will detect the SIM card as well

Ummm this post might be a bit old and I am replying even after it had been answered hoping that it might help someone else for whom the above method hadn't done the trick, the error "You must have the according fsc script to flash this device." has been showing with the latest version of flashtool i.e., 0.19.9.0, so, please try it again using the previous version - 0.9.18.6 and see if the problem persists. Thank You.

[SOLVED]Stuck at SONY logo

I did a Data Format on TWRP of my phone running Archidroid (First version of the Lollipop release) and then Factory reset it. After that, TWRP didn't boot properly at all! This is what I get when trying to reflash stock ROM

More info: It won't reach the bootanimation, It's stuck at the SONY logo only.
Device can no longer do offline charging. When doing so, a green and then red flash of LED light comes on. What's happening?! D:
Flashmode is working with the LED turning on expectedly
I really hope this doesn't mean a bricked phone...
EDIT: Okay I found out the problem, I was using Flashtool that was not compatible with the Xperia M... Problem solved.
hello mate, i have the exact problem. Can you please give me the link to the correct/compatible version of the Flashtool? Thanks in advance.

i don't know what to do, now i realized that recovery from archidroid does not work, it boots normally, but doesn't react to touch or buttons, i needed to flash recovery XM DUAL 4.3 philz 6.50.6 For 15.5.A.1.5 using flashtool to do something.
please help!!!
Did you include all (except for TA) partitions in the FTF? I would suggest you include them all and wipe /data and /cache.
i managed to fix the problem, i restored TA partition and flashed new soft using pc companion. everythhing's working.

Installed the drivers from flashtool driver folder and sonys website (switched off driver verification under windows 10 first - last time i used flashtool it was before upgrading windows 7 to windows 10)
So far so good, the xperia s is now in flashmode but i am still unable to flash the firmware.
Tried to flash stock ROM/firmware over flashtool (Version 0.9.18.6) and got this log:

Failure may be for various reasons.....
1. try with another version of flashtool.
2. Redownload official.ftf.
3. Uninstall all drivers and the reinstall.

Which version of flashtool do you recommend? I used an older version because I had the information that newer would not work with the xperia s.

You can try newer versions. Actually I have not tried flash tool to flash my Xperia s from 1 year... Sorry
Now the battery of the device seems to be empty and it can only be switched on again sometimes. When it is connected to a charger, the led lights only red.
I tried to flash the stock ftf another time using flashtool after i managed to get in flash mode by turn off the mobile thru TWRP after unplugging the batterie for some minutes.
the log says flashing worked:

Can you disassemble your device? If yes then remove battery completely from device.after few seconds put the battery again and try to boot into flash mode and flash the stock ftf again

can you enable debugging for flashtool? go to help tab and choose log level and choose error, after that try to reflash your firmware again and tell us what error that show up from your flashtool.
Are your device is unlocked bootloader?

what kind of recovery did you use it for format all partition? if only problem from wiped sdcard, then i think it's safe for your device to flash another custom rom. why you want to flash stock rom?, you still can access your recovery right?
anyway, your flashtool log seems not completed. can you give me your stderr.log from your flashtool installation directory? i think that log is more provide about error or warning from your flashtool when flashing is on progress.
