Why no updates for Note 10+ since September 2019

Hi,
Since 21st of October I am the owner of a Note 10+ an awsome phone and again better than all previous Notes I had since Note 2
But the weird thing is that my Note 10+ is not updating. Bought in the Netherlands with Baseband N975FXXU1ASI1
and Sw version
SAOMC_SM-N(&%F_OXM_XEF_PP_0009
RF8M90BY7SD
XEF/XEF_XEF/VD2
I do understand that this phone was produced for the French market?
After unboxing the update which is still the "up to date one" is the 1 September security update
After this update I learned that Samsung send 3 more updates the security updates October, November and a service update end of October. regarding the Fingerprint scanner
Who knows how I can get the proper updates even when OTA is not working
Thansk in advance for your help :good:

Had the same problem with my DTM Firmware, to solve it i flashed the (in my case) DBT CSC with the newest firmware and now I get every update.
Some sellers imported the phone from other markets, countries. So they can buy the phone cheaper and make more profit. It's legal. But as it comes to update, your phone gets them when the country where they are imported from and not as they release in your own country. You can see the worldwide schedule at www.sammobile.com But if something is wrong, you won't have Samsung guarantee. Only the sellers guarantee.
I ordered my Note10+ directly from Samsung in The Netherlands, and updates are fine. This month I have already received 2 updates. You could indeed try to change the CSC.

And can i use Home_CSC and not CSC??

S20+ AT&T unable to update software

Hi All,
I'm new in this firmware things. I'm from Singapore and has been using S20 Exynos, but due to the extreme heat, bad battery life, etc. I've decided to import S20+ Snapdragon from AT&T, according to the Service provider SW ver information, it's showing as SAOMC_SM-G986U-OYN_ATT_QQ_0023 (I believe this means the set are unlocked).
With that said, I noticed that the software is outdated and the security patch level is on February 1,2020. when I referring to the AT&T website, It's showing as the latest software is QP1A.190711.020.G986USQU1ATE6 (June update) and mine still on QP1A.190711.020..G986USQU1ATAW (February). My CSC is G986UOYN1ATAW.
My question now is, whenever I tried to hit the software update, it's keep telling me that my software is up to date. Is there's a reason why it's wont detect the update? If it's because I'm in Singapore not US, then there's no choice that I need to flash using the firmware from Sammobile. The problem is which one that I need to download as AT&T carrier is not listed there. There's only T-mobile, Sprint, Unknown, USA. Please help.

All of them for that model S20, you just need to match the model, any region will work fine
Hi,
Are you sure I can flash Verizon firmware into AT&T device? CSC may to match?

Not receiving updates on SM-975U ( Galaxy Note 10+ )

Hey guys I'm super new here i hope someone can help me..
My SM-N975U AT&T Note 10+ has never ever received any updates since i got it
It's currently at Android 10 N975USQS7FUI7, security patch: October 2021.
I see that the unlocked version SM-975U1 AT&T receives updates frequently and I can easily get the firmware online.
I've not even seen any Android 10 firmware for SM-975U AT&T.
So is it possible to flash SM-975U1 (XAA) over SM-975U AT&T... there's also AT&T model available for the N975U1 But I'm not sure if it'll receive any updates! , i heard that XAA is receiving updates from Samsung themselves but i also saw that when i downloaded the XAA on sammobile it said ( Unbranded XAA ) so if it's unbranded how Samsung is sending updates to it!? .. please show me the way here!
I'm in Germany and there's also N975F to download from Germany but i heard N975U can only be flashed to N975U1 ..! Is that true? I would flash it to the Germany model but I'm kinda scared i don't wanna mess my phone up just for some updates
I'd appreciate your helps

What CSC code I should choose for my firmware update?

So I just bought used Galaxy S20 Ultra but the firmware is stuck at One UI 2.1 with latest update in June 1, 2020. When I want to update manually it say my CSC code is XAA/XAA/VZW. I googled and found that's Verizon unlocked device. The problem is the only available firmware in https://samfw.com/firmware/SM-G988U is VZW and XAS. If I flashed using VZW firmware does my device going to get carrier locked or should I choose using XAS? I live in Asian so obviously I don't want VZW locked.
bump. can i bump this post?
