Sony Xperia X bootloader question

Hello Folks,
On attempting to follow the instructions to unlock the bootloader, on a Sony Xperia X, the code ' *#*#7378423#*#* was entered and going into service info/config the phone reports rooting status:
Bootloader unlock allowed: No
So I can't progress, emailing sony and messaging the facebook page gets you robotic replies that don't want to actually tell me that if I have purchased a phone that was previously locked to a network, then unlocked, whether or not it is even possible to unlock the bootloader on this phone or not.
Is there anybody here that can give me a definite yes or no on this issue please ?

[HELP] Unlock Lenovo K10a40

Hi,
any help to unlock bootloader of my device, i tried adb and fastoob method but not working. Here is a link to my stock rom:

I, personally, don't have this device but, the closest i can find is the following.

From unlocked carrier to lockes carrier!?

I have a samsung s7, I had some problems with it so I had to reinstall it via Odin. I downloaded a firmware called SM-G930f Three sweden. and since then the phone was locked to three sweden. is it even possible?? How and why?
I downloaded other software but the problem persists. Is there even a solution?
I could use any sim card before i installed the Wrong firmware
