ATT Samsung S9+ Auto-rotate re-enables after screen turns off - Samsung Galaxy S9 Questions & Answers

Hi All,
Wondering if anyone has ran into this issue. What I have happening is that each time I unlock my phone the auto-rotate is enabled. If I tap it on the quick settings to turn it off, it will remain off while my phone is unlocked.
However, after my screen times out and locks, the next time I unlock it the freaking auto-rotate will be enabled again.
Anyone dealt with this?
Thanks in advance for any tips!

How to stop Home screen rotation?

Hi!
My Desire Eye's home screen has been rotating whenever I slightly tilt it since this morning and no, the Auto Rotation mode is not enabled. I did a soft reset but still the screen keeps rotating, and I can't find any solutions for it anywhere.
Usually, when Auto Rotate is ON it rotates almost every apps' screens but never the home screen or menu screen. When I woke up today somehow the Car mode was turned ON, but I exited it without doing anything else. I wonder if it caused something to change in my phone.
Does anyone know how to fix this? You'd save a life. :crying:

(Issue) Long delay to turn on display from sleep

Since upgrading to OOS 4.1.6, when leaving the device asleep for awhile, the display will not want to turn back on. The phone will vibrate for double-tap or fingerprint, however I have to wait about 10 seconds for the screen to actually turn on reguardless if using power button, double tap, or fingerprint.
- I have tried pocket mode both off/on did not work

Of course I rebooted already, that's the most obvious first troubleshooting step. I've now uninstalled Greenify since it's the only thing I can think of that has a screen lock feature so I'm trying that now.

Naptime / Force Doze can be an issue. Especially if your screen is off for a longer period of time. With Naptime you can disable the fact that it will stop your sensors. Might be worth to check out!
The issue seems to be gone after uninstalling greenify. If anyone else has this issue I suggest trying that. I'm not sure if it's a greenify bug I had or because my very dirty flash from OOS 4.1.3 -> 4.1.6. I had many freezing boots and flashed it almost 10 times before it worked.

Screen randomly turns on

Hey people!
Since the Pie update's 10.0.9.0 version I have this issue but I couldn't point my finger at what might be the issue. The problem is that the device will randomly turn the screen on and therefore it will never go to sleep, causing quick battery discharge.
I'm currently using MIUI 11 Port, but I had this issue with stock Pie as well, this is why I'm sharing this, to get an insight on what might be the issue.
What I've tried so far:
- Disabling/enabling DT2W
- Disabling/enabling turn on screen when notifications arrive
- Disabling/enabling wake screen when picked up
With all these setting that I've tried the screen still randomly turns on, even when it is sitting on the table, without any connection/notifications whatsoever. Thanks for your help in advance!
