I need help to unlock a Sprint samsung SPH a660 cell phone so I can use Fido or Rogers or Mts Mobiity .Please give some advise.

Does anynoe know if SM-G9600 has multi csc?

I recently got a samsung G9600 dual sim and I cannot get Samsung Pay to work in the US.
Does anyone know if it has multi csc and if I hard reset my device will it let me choose a compatible csc that would let me use Samsung Pay in the US?
