It is disappointing that 5 years of software development and hardware improvement still end up with some apps flashing me with a white canvas here and there. This rendering problem ought to be fixed either by Android upstream or the OEM vendor. 3G of RAM and a discrete GPU should be more than enough to achieve this.

without screen recording i could switch between 4 games without noticing any kind of swapping.
the 4 gigs of ram sure speak for itself.
Multi Tasking is awesome. The only area where I hate this phone is Battery and its really bad.
My only problem is that apps don't stay in memory as long as I like. So, they refresh often.

In 2018 this phone is mediocre, but ram its really helpfull for multi tasking like social media, but sometimes i feel lot of frame drop when playing games

Apps reload quite a lot. Turning off the Smart Cleaner feature seems to help but nonetheless most apps get cleared from RAM after a few hours.
