You have to flash the U1 firmware, then flash the AT&T G960U firmware. Same way you flashed T-Mobile, just in reverse.
Msg me i would like to help you to restore your device

I have an unlocked S9 (G960U1), and recently downgraded to the Verizon Rom G960U so I can get carrier features like wifi calling and Video Voice. Now I am planning on using another carrier, but I want to return to the unlocked firmware. Can I do this now? I read an older thread saying that it wasn't possible until Samsung came with a v2 bootloader version of their unlocked firmware.
omg someone please reply to above question im in the same boat
Hi,
I'll be getting a Canadian S9 soon but i have no need for the device and i'll be sending it to my sister in the states (she is on AT&T). I want to know if i'm OK just flashing the latest version of the US firmware to the Canadian device? and what is the CSC of the unlocked version of AT&T in the states? Will she be able to update as usual after that and will Samsung pay work?
Thank you very much in advance.
I recently purchased a S9 from Cricket during their last promotion. I'd like to flash U1 on it as it's what I've used with my S8. Does anyone know if VoLTE and Wifi Calling work when using U1 firmware on Cricket. I remember reading somewhere that Cricket only supported VoLTE on their phones bought through them and the restriction was IMEI based. So I feel good about that working, but I'm unsure about Wifi calling.
Hi, did you get anywhere with this? I have a U1 S9 and I don't want to flash the carrier branded firmware but I've heard VoLTE will work on the U1 (unbranded) S9s on Cricket (and AT&T)...
I want to covert my phone AT&T G960U to global rom? Help me
I actually don't believe you really can to be honest. The 960U is the US unlocked variant. So even if you wanted the vanilla feel you wouldn't get it. From my experience, each carrier has been using the same variant of the S9 so they would just rebrand it with a OTA update.
Personally I've switched from Cricket (Original Purchase) to Boost (Boost ROM loaded) to Straight Talk (Verizon) with no issues except one. Which has to do with Sprints activation crap. The latest carrier switch has a default boot screen from Samsung.
You may be able to flash a rom using odin that isn't carrier branded. Like I said though, I'm pretty sure if its activated an OTA update fixes you up either way.
I get my firmwares from Sam Mobile.

purchasing a New Unlocked Samsung s10 plus SM-G975U1 because i didnt want the bloatware & possibly may switch to different carrier down the road,my carrier is Verizon, just briefly read up on possibly losing some features.
- Wifi Calling
- Real Time Text
- VoLTE ("HD Voice") (Which means data now works while I'm on a phone call)
- Visual Voicemail
Can these all be reinstalled on a unlocked version?Phone comes with Pie 9.Or will i be ok and not lose these.Would updating to Android 10 fix this?

The Android version doesn't matter. As far as I know, you can't get them on the unlocked variant unless you flash a carrier firmware as all that you mentioned above is carrier related. Unless Samsung has put it in the U1 firmware, which I don't think they have.
Is migrating from G975U firmware to G975U1 safe?
Hello friends, how are you?
I have an S10 + / G975U that I got from my father who brought it to me from the USA, originally the device was from the sprint operator, but I paid and unlocked it, everything was removed from the operator and it now works with operators in Brazil, but now I am having an automatic update problem, "The current version of your software is not compatible. Visit a call center" reading this post I thought about migrating to the XAA firmware of the model G975U1, this process will end the problem of updates and had it been clean? can I lose my unlock with this?
I'm sorry if it's not clear, I'm using google translator.
Thanks.
