when my phone disconnected to charging port my phome started rebooting in sometime & after port connect its work normal.....help me
1. First make sure u have clean flashed the ROM.
2. If problem persist try any another ROM.
3. If anything didn't work ,Try flashing stock ROM using qfil or mi tool. Then again flash twrp.
4. If still the problem persist contact the service centre .. there maybe some hardware fault.
??
same fault here ... i think its a battery related issue ...
It's like if the phone need too power it reboot( maybe the battery no longer reach a higher voltage) ...
try to decrease brightness while you are waiting for new battery
is the battery, I spend with my phone a few months ago I changed the battery and I stop doing it.

friends,
I need help ...
After a trial that went wrong to access the root in my part of the Defy touchscreen stopped working. I sent for motorola technical assistance and returned as not having any problems, and to solve the problem just reset the phone. They said it was a corrupted file on the phone.
It turns out that now another part of the touchscreen is not working. I already did a flash wipereset and wanted to know if you have any other way I can make a master reset on the Defy.
I've tried installing the original SBF with RSD Lite. And I have tried to wipe reset. Any other possibility?!
Thanks for the help ...
Seemed you already tried reset, wipe and flashing. But the problem persist.
It could be now down to the screen touch panel faulty or the touch control faulty in the motherboard.
You are suggesting it may be a hardware problem?
Yea since you already tried flashing different rom.
I might be wrong but based on your posting above it could be the hardware problem.
An old man suggestion: Might work for you too. Flash it to a stock rom and make sure everything worked(of course except the touch issue). Then shut down and take out the battery. Leave it for 24 hours and try again putting back battery and boot it. Sometimes some small voltages trapped in the board that may resulting phone acting crazy. This normally due to a bad motherboard. Having leave it complete shut down for 24hours will simply drained those trap voltages in the board and the device is good to go. Now this will not permanently fixed your problem though.
Hey everyone,
after dropping my S3 two days ago which lead to a highly damaged screen (not working anymore) like two days ago, I got a new Arc S from a friend. As I said, the phone is new, and unused.
I've been trying to update to Android 4.3 yesterday, followed some tutorials I found here. I installed the Dark Kernel trough fastboot, then tried to flash the Dark JB rom. But nevermind, this didn't work, so I decided to flash back to stock kernel + rom.
I succeded in doing this, but had the, as I see, common 100% battery problem. Didn't think about one thing. The phone won't charge when the battery is on 100%. So my battery went empty, but whenever I want to charge it, it doesn't because the phone kinda thinks it is on 100%.
Now, I wanted to wipe the battery cache, which isn't possible because I cannot load fastboot mode, and what I've been trying aswell, cannot load flashmode neither.
I don't know what to do to be honest, I hope some of you guys can help me out!
regards
The battery issue can usually be solved by flashing new kernel(s), then returning to the original one.
If you have another Arc (S) available, charge the battery there, then put the battery back and then try to connect. Phone can not be detected due to no power at that moment.

At first, I'm sorry for those awful grammar mistakes I made in my first post
I do not have another SE mobile available to be honest, but I understood what you mean. Thanks for answering me this fast.
I charged the phone for like an hour when it was turned of completely, so now it is up again (idk for how long). Trying to enter fastboot now.

How long have you owned it? If its more than 2 years maybe its the battery. Also try providing more info like when does it reboot? Do you have ti recharge it after reboot? Battery percent when reboot occurs?
thank for ur reply, but my battery just change in Sony Center,, when i put sim i can't use it reboot ,, when no sim it normal,, but now the same sim and no sim it alway reboot. do u know about this problem?
Please provide more info and answers to the questions i asked?
I use it nearly 2 years. it maybe not battery i just change new battery maybe 4 month at sony center , and it alway reboot while i turn it on sometime it shut down, i charge it until 100% when i plug out it reboot ,, so i can use while i'm charging ,
Hmmm i cant really tell what the problem is, you can always factory reset it.
i try install custom rom but it still no luck, and i unlock bootloader , flash kernel and try everything , it still like that.. miss my phone
Maybe its a hardware problem, when thay replaced your battery they maybe made a mistake somewhere? Try returning it to where it was repaired.
thank for ur help ,, i will take it to sony service center.
Hello all,
having a really aggravating problem where I'm using my g3 where periodically I'll be using my phone (playing pokemon go usually, think it happened once while using the web browser) and the screen just shuts off and will not power on or do anything at all, totally unresponsive, no matter how long I hold the power button. I either have to pull the battery or plug it into a charger to get it to power on again.
When I plug the phone into the charger, the battery screen pops up. It shows my current percent and after some time it will boot back into system.
This wouldn't be so awful if it wasn't for the fact that there's no way to reset the damn phone when it's unresponsive without pulling the battery or charging!
Please, would anyone have ANY clues as to why this is occurring? Any logs I can check?
At the very least, is there any way to modify the boot firmware to allow me to reset the phone when it's unresponsive?
The only thing I can think of is that I replaced the battery recently. The replacement is (supposedly) genuine.
Thank you so much!
[edit] Currently using stock marshmallow that is just rooted no custom kernels or xposed (clean flash) and still having the problem but also had the problem on an older version of fulmics with an old version of xceed kernel
Sorry for the bump, but I'm really desperate for any pointers to solving this. To reiterate:
1. I'll be using my phone (touch screen is being pressed)
2. Screen suddenly shuts off, completely black, no rhyme or reason
3. Phone completely unresponsive, will not power on until battery is pulled or phone is plugged into the charger (in the case of the latter, the phone displays the battery charging screen like the phone was completely off and dead)
Please I'm desperate for any kind of help at all. The problem doesn't seem to happen while charging, only when drawing directly from battery though I generally don't use it while it's charging
I also have D851 I had the same problem as u Flash custom kernel like xceed check the andriod development page for g3 u will see it there use 4v beta mentioned on his thread u need TWRP n root for this if ur in clean stock rom ... Thank you so much for your response jinderation!
Just to clarify, you've had this issue described in the OP, but installing the exceed 4v kernel solved the problem for you?
I've installed the exceed 4v kernel so I will report back if I still have the problem.
Regards
Yes i had the same issue mine gave problem when i was rooted n xposed installed on stock kernel i havent checked it in complete stock cuz i recently bought this phone n whenever i buy a new phone i root it after flashing xceed wipe delvik cache also i no longer have random reboots of tmobile logo n no phone being complete dead to pull the battery out n place it back again ... After flashing xceed u also may need to flash super su via twrp for root download synapse from playstore apply on the lower power state mode then ur good to go
Hey everyone. I've installed the exceed 4v kernel as described in Jinderation's post and sadly I still get the shutdown / won't respond without pulling battery or charging problem .
I noticed I almost always have the problem when the battery is under 50. It NEVER happens while the phone is connected to some kind of charger.
I will be extremely grateful to anyone who can offer further advice. Is there anyway way I can run a log to catch what's causing this problem?
Also, thank you so much jinderation for taking the time to help me.
Regards
I was on the stock MM rom about a month in use for the d851 had no issues. Yesterday my phone blue screen wont power back on or no charge no nothing. Plz help!!!

Thats strange u shouldnt be having this issue on that kernel ... Here is one another solution go back to stock via restore via twrp if u had a backup in there ...n flash solid kernel ...solid kernel is best for performance try that... I played n completed Fahrenheit indigo prophecy game on that kernel no reboots or being complete dead... Try it n report back ...also buy 2 stock batteries try running them on ur phone also use geniune stock cable n charger install ampere app see how many ampere are showing when charging the value needs to be 800mah in normal

I got a new battery today. Same issue no power on
Nearly At the end of every month my my phone gets into some kinda software problem (example : Google has stopped working then process.android has stopped working and some other random **** which is quite annoying) whenever this happens the phone restarts on its own and never turns on,i mean it does but is stuck on loading screen.(note: I dont do anything stupid which might harm my phone. )So i have to flash my phone with spflashtool it.This time when i flashed the phone it didnt turn, i held the button for long but it was of no use, so i thought it might be the low on battery, but when i put it on charge nothing popped up... it wasnt charging. Then I thought it was the battery but my battery wasnt swollen and the day before I flashed it,it was running fine with full charge. , there was no sign of battery problem anytime i used it the consumption was normal.
Please help me fix this problem, and I also want a permanent fix to the software problem too.
Any senior member please help..
TIA
:fingers-crossed:
Update:I flashed the phone with new files but results were the same :'(

same happens to me bro my android one is also dead same problem as yours when i tried with sp flash tool its end up with this error..... scr shot attached
☹
Bro,I flashed it thrice after but it didn't give any errors, but sadly it just wont turn on
If it were permanently bricked then it wouldn't have detected the phone...and bro lemme give you a suggestion, try changing it to firmware upgrade instead of download only.
Thanks for the reply
simmilar issue
same problem pls help in my case when i charge not charging the battery indicator just pops up and out i think its a battery error put in a new battery try to boot up nothing try to go in recovery nothing i have nothing to boot up from i think ill still try using fastboot and/or flashing and reporting back(ima try dead usb flash using spflash tool)
okay flashing works perfectly now i just need for figure out if the problem is with the charging/battery or the phone is dead
Same Problem
Bro, i have run into exact same problem. I even went to gallery and gave them the phone, they said they will charge 1500 as motherboard is dead but after one month they returned to me the phone saying that motherboard is not available. They are taking almost 14 days to return money so i have to visit again on 3rd june. But coming back to problem i have tried flasing with and without battery for 3-4 times. every times it shows success but the phone wont start. Even memory test was all fine. cant figure out what's the problem. i have tried both download only and format+download mode but nothing seems to work, If anyone finds a way to fix the phone please tell ASAP.
Same problem as the OP, mine's bricked as well after it began showing random FCs. Flashed KK and LP firmwares using SP Flash Tool but to no avail. The flash was successful tho but the phone never booted up
I'm kinda stuck in a similar situation. Let's start from the beginning -
When I got my Redmi Note 3 I stopped using my Canvas A1 and vaguely i remember that it was having software issues, rather than fixing it I just kept it away for a lot of months, and vaguely I remember that it just needed some flashing of rom and it would've gotten fixed.
And after all these months i'm need of this phone again. I don't remember much in depth details of the processes involved with it like flashing stuff etc. But I gathered as much knowledge as I could from the docs I had stored as backup & from the internet.
And IMO I think the flashing process was successful, but the screen is not turning on. Only once when I connected it to PC, the charging battery sign appeared(flashing thrice) but that was it. Nothing after that. And whenever I connect it to PC it detects the phone.
For now I've given it to a repair guy but I don't have much hope. He was saying that it could be just software problem, but I don't agree. If a smart person could comment on this thread so that we all could get some benefit out of it, in order to solve the situation or at least in my case I could research on something specific in the meantime.
