[ROM][SHARE][Redmi 1s] Flyme ui 4.5.4.5r custom rom based on 5.1.1 lollipop [11/02/20

Here I'm just sharing the ROM which I found very interested and stable enough!! Thanks to droidfull and multirom team for their works on Redmi 1s
REDMI 1S- FLYME 4.5.4.5R CUSTOM ROM
Flyme OS is a heavily modified Android variant developed by the Meizu team for their MX smartphone line. This variant is based on Android 5.1.1 LOLLIPOP and offers a few unique solutions that this Chinese OEM created for their project. And in the eyes of many, this OS is quite beautiful and almost every piece of the ROM and its UI elements have been themed to match Meizu’s philosophy.
Flyme 4.0 has a set of Flyme icons for hundreds of the most popular apps. Personally I’m not that keen on the Flyme icons as they appear to large, but Meizu had thought about that and switching from Flyme to standard icons is as simple as flicking a switch.
All your apps are arranged on the home screens of Flyme 4.0, there is no app draw, a common feature with all the ROMs here. To keep things tidy we have a dock for our most used 4 apps and other icons can be arranged in folders.
Flyme 4.0’s new notification area now extends the full length of the screen with a transparent background. Quick settings are also available here and can be customised and arranged to suit your needs.
Head in to the main settings of Flyme and things haven’t changed all that much from Flyme 3.0. There are some new colours and the switch icons are the same, but the rest of the UI remains unchanged.
From the settings we can switch between English, Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Russian. Flyme developers have also added some gesture options on the lock screen which they call “smart wake” in the settings. The options include double tap to wake, slide up to unlock, slide left to enter the camera and swipe right to open an app of your choice.
Some apps in Flyme 4.0 have been given an refresh with a simple new look and brighter colours, while the camera app has been completely reworked to offer new features and all new UI.

Flasing Instructions:
- Download FLYME ROM zip
- Take a nandroid backup
- Wipe System/Data/Cache
- Flash ROM using recovery (TWRP/CWM)
- Reboot and let the ROM boot first(will take much time for first not don't panic)
- Reboot

It was a super solid stable build... Had not even a single issue.. Using it for more than 3 days....
Main features of attraction
1.runs latest Flyme ui + lp 5.1.1 beneath
2.camera especially
3.music no breaks or glitches at all
4.tools
5.Google builtin integration
6.stability
In my case battery is average but much better than miui.
For that I'm using gods kernel 5...(have to try v6 yet).. Now the bettery performance is also super Cool

Bro.. I do have a Meizu m2 note with me...and I do love those off screen gestures(but drains some battery too)... And I'm not the dev for this ROM original devs are chainese...Multirom.me.. and I don't think our kernel does support all those screen gestures... (not present in Redmi note 3g & 4g builds too)..if you want to have wake gestures try any custom kernels with those features...

I found this...
cons :
1. First of all there is no lockscreen notifications. We all love this feature from Lollipop. these notifications are introduced in Flyme 5. but flyme 5 isn't ported to our device yet..
2. We cant select two different ringtones for each sim card. Some people like me may need this..
3. There isn't any clock widget
4. Themes app wasn't translated to English yet..
5. There is no option for selecting different actions for buttons. (If it is there, how to do that..?)
6. No quick settings from Notification bar tiles. (I mean you cant go to the respective settings if long press a tile on the status bar)
7. Smart touch is not actually what Meizu mobiles have. (we have one big dot on the screen. So we have to tap or double tap the dot to do the actions. It wont work if the Screen is locked. But in Meizu mobiles it works even screen is locked and we can also select our desired gesture (Off screen) to open our desired app (or unlock or something else..)
8. There no HDR option in camera.. (why?)

Yes that was a nice review bro..
As you mentioned 3.clock... It was present in the previous build which was a weather come clock widget...which was displayed in chainese only... May b the dev thought of removing for that reason.
.and 4.theme...in my case (I have my Meizu a/c) so can access theme store (but in chainese as u mentioned) can't apply thremes...and can't sync data with Flyme a/c.... Once again thanx for reviewing about this rom on my thread

There is some problem with contacts syncing. When I try to sync, only those contacts get synced which I recently merged(to avoid duplicity). They are just 3, and I have over 800 contacts. Please help.

i faced the same issue...
rom is very nice.. but only the problem is that after signing in into google acount, it shows that user data from google is being synchronized but actually its not... dont knw whats the wrong with it.
so i made .vcf contacts backup file in ext sdcard and restored it in contacts app.

Go back into Aroma installer and you will see
this option:
Choose SystemUI Mods:
Stock
Modded SystemUI + Stock Battery
Modded SystemUI + 3Minit Battery
If you select "stock" it will remove network speed.

Since this is a ported rom, it does not support wifi calling or video calls.
Unfortunately none of the ported roms have those two features.
There are many 3rd party apps at the play store which have video call
options if both sides have it installed.

Great job as always! Snappy and fast, really like it but could't connect my Gear S 2. Tried updating gear, rebooting phone and watch. Clean install, erased system, data, cache's and also did reset. Ideas? SOLVED with Gear reset. Perfect ROM, thank you sir.

Great ROM!
Runs fast and smooth with no issues thus far. I dumped a lot of the bloatware and haven't had any bugs or such. Amazing work once again MisterJunky! If I'm going to be stuck on a GS6E+ due to the lock/root situation of the GS7, I'm glad we are still getting quality updates from the loyal XDA family!

Not for long LOL,
I have already purchased an international S7 Edge a couple days ago and
it should arrive here on Friday, then I have to put my Tmobile S6 Edge+ up
for sale on Swappa and Craigslist..
All future Samsung android phones here in the USA will have locked bootloaders and
cannot be rooted so I purchased the international S7 Edge G935F model which comes
sim unlocked and is very easy to root since the bootloader is not locked.
Plus the International S7 Edge costs over $140 less then the USA S7 Edge model if purchased
from http://Amazon.com or http://Swappa.com where there is no sales tax or shipping charges.

Problem:
Before installing my screen was fine.
Now; i am unable to swipe from the left edge screen.
So; i am unable to use features like the google play store slide to open the left column sub menu.
Could someone check this for me so i can see if its a phone issue or a rom issue. Thanks.

If you have not done a full WIPE including wipe system, cache, data, dalvik and last but not least
a factory reset in TWRP recovery before flashing then that's why your screen is having issues.
Also this ported rom is intended to be flashed only on the Tmobile G928T S6 Edge+ phone so if
you have a different variant or a different model then this rom may have issues.
This rom has been downloaded close to 100 times and no one else is having any screen issues.

Okay, here is a three in one audio enhancer, this includes Viper4android, Dolby Atmos and Beats Audio
all in one twrp flashable zip file:

This will create an icon in your app drawer which contains a menu where you can choose any of the three
audio enhancers or you can even use them all at the same time.

A: It will trim it regardless just close the video player and check in gallery for the trimmed video

A: Yes you can, long press on each to replace them, be patient cause it takes a bit to load the list of installed apps
Q: I have DPI problems with some apps / I want to go back to stock DPI
A: If you want to go back just open Textdroider app and put 640 as the new DPI, Apply and Reboot.
If you want to fix the abnormal dpi go to "App Settings" Module on Xposed just search for the problematic app within the module, click on them, put the switch ON on top and on DPI write 640. DONE!

Hi topjohnwu, an honor having a feedback from you, this version (and probably 85.7) worked out of the box.
I didn't had much time to keep testing as v86 failed on me a couple of times.
During the week i will keep trying in order to update it to 86.2 but in the meantime i wanted to give something for the sprint users to play with this sunday

From what specifically you want screenshots? this is mostly a Stock rom but i tried to add the most blacked out apps and on this rom i added the most functional tools, modules and mods to get the most out of it.

Good morning my buddies! Im working on a Private Mode fix with Echoe Help.
What other feature or mod would you like to see on this rom? I'm open to listen to ideas just don't please ask for Themes as we don't have the proper tools to decompile/recompile every app at the present time.

working great on A50 indian version.

Unable to install recording app on M30s. It says app not installed. Toggle installed fine.

It worked fine on my M30s.
To check, I uninstalled it and then installed it again, I'm getting no such error.

Works fine on A50 and A50s. But not able to install on M30s. Could it because of Star Wars theme?

What ROM version are you on. On my A50 AA505FNXXS3ASL1 there is no ScreenShot in QuickButons on top, and after screenshot no quick bar showing for Share, crop, edit captured screenshot (as seen in your youtube video).

It was scheduled for A30 as well as for A50s in April but both got the update around 25th Feb. I am using A50s android 10. But can't find the screen recording feature.

You may try the modded version 4.0.24 you can find on Google searching "PIESCREENRECORDER_4_0_24_V1.rar" (from espdroids forum).
Works fine for me on Pie, maybe it works also on Q 10. You have to put the modded app in system/priv-app (root/ Magisk needed).

• A shortcut will be placed on homescreen, open it & turn on edge screen.
