First time installing crDroid to your HTC 10, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
- Copy GApps and crDroid zip to your external SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Wipe system,data and cache
- Flash crDroid zip
- Flash GApps zip
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
- Copy crDroid ZIP to your external SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Wipe system and cache
- Flash crDroid zip
- Flash Gapps
- Reboot
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running stock crDroid-kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!
- have modified system files

Does this rom include google assistant?

Only a few small features/issue that I'm missing.
*for some reason the included root isn't working for me (could be me on MM firmware and multirom? Have no issues on other N Linage ROMs however. Says it's missing the su binary)
*more options for the buttons please
-long press back I'd love to be able to adjust the time, unfortunately the default is about double I'm used to
-double press menu I like to switch between split menu and APM

Let's way for the developer to respond but force encrypt is standard now. They may have removed that but first guess should be that its included.

Just wondering as last time I flashed CM14 it encrypted on boot and I had to format internal to go back to sense and that sucks..

Will come in near future c. Droid 2.0?

I've been using it now for 2 full days, built a new base Nandroid off this AOSP. Only issue I have is WiFi dropping sporadically but this seems to be a CM issue upstream. I even have Sprint and roaming with no issues!

Edit: Never mind. It seemed to be a one-time deal.
This is a very flawless build.
Very impressive.
Maybe I am missing something, but I can't get both the hardware and software buttons to work together.
Plus, doesn't appear that long press back to kill actually works. It may just be me.
Oh, and battery life appears to be amazing as well.

Is there any Idle battery drain issue?. I tried many N & MM Roms and found all are having idle battery drain issue.. is that common? (Lost 10 to 15% @ every hour even screen is off, without internet, wif,i bluetooth or no apps running..)

Basing on my tests idle battery drain is 3% over night with data off and few background applications. So try it and report how it goes.

I have bug with hotspot, it turns on but I'm not able to connect this hotspot from another device and can't able to receive file in SHAREit (since it uses hotspot to receive files)

Hotspot is still a bug . And the modding of letv camera app won't work . It is not that easy to fix camera bug we are trying to fix it. Till then use the cam which is already there in the ROM which is quite stable compared to other ROMs.

Good butter smooth ROM without any heat. But my problem continuous (not only in this ROM).
I found that my device is awake on most of the time (99%) even screen is off. Without internet, data, GPS, no wifi scanning or any..
I tried "Keep Wi-FI on during sleep" to never but no use.
Any solution pls. Is that any hardware issue?

If you are talking about battery drain during standby then there is no such issue in the ROM.(many users reported and dev and me tested personally!)
So i ask you to switch on battery saver during sleep or to calibrate battery once or twice and give it a try!

Yeah compared to other ROMs, camera is more stable and overall this rom is the best of all others

just installed the rom and its quite good atm. almost no lags and very smooth. Will test battery later. Just wondering on how to turn off the vibration on capacitive keys, could not find the setting. tried on the keyboard setting but the vibration still there. thanks alot

The option to disable captive keys is missing in this build . It will be added it in the next build. For now you need to edit some system side files to disable them. For which u can simply google it or join our telegram and feel free to ask whatever you need.

FAQ​
1) Is the rom stable?
A: Yes, its stable for daily use.
2) Does FM Radio Work?
A: Yes, it does.
3) How to root?
A: Use magisk.
4) Does Video recording work?
A: Yes it does. 1080p also works.
5) Video playback is laggy. What to do?
A: Most videos work fine. But I have attached a blobs update zip, flash it. Video playback of videos recorded using device camera is lagging, use mx player s/w decoder.
5) Does GPS work?
A: Yes.
6) Can I apply themes?
A: Yes, use substratum.
7) RIL is not working. what to do?
A: RIL is working finr. for I9300I, flash the RIL fix. If its still not working, follow this guide and make sure your stock rom is updated to latest version.

8) Hardware softkeys are waking the device, what to do?
A: No idea!I will look for a fix.
9) Does it support any custom kernels?
A: Yes, it supports ToXiKernel.
10) What about battery life?
A: Its good. If you are a balanced user you should get a screen on time of 3.5 to 4 hrs. On conservative settings you will get upto 4.5 hrs+
11) This feature is not working. Help pls.
A: Report a bug with all the details. Your device model, all the packages flashed, kernel used, nature of bug, rom version, any custom mods flashed?, and attach a logcat if possible.
12) Edit quick tiles is not working.
A: Thats because you are lazy and didn't flash the camfix.

There is no bug, like brightness slider and video recording? fully stable?

unable to record videos . Tried many camera apps such as cameringo , footej camera, cinema fv5 and open camera .

HW key and proximity are always on when screen is locked

Performance wise rom is awesome . But there are some bugs.
1. Unable to record videos.
2. GPS doesn't work.
3. Video playback is laggy.
4. When you tap on edit option of quick settings in notification panel , screen goes black
for about 30 sec and phone becomes unresponsive.

Okay. Now i will answer a few questions and later add an faq section to the thread.
1. The edit quick tiles and notifications work just fine. It will freeze if you haven't flashed the cam fix. That's normal.
2. I didn't experience any crashes till now. Flash rom, gapps ans fixes needed. Then reboot. The first boot will take some time. Be patient.
3. The battery life is also okay. The default cpu governor is set to performance. Use kernel auditor and edit it to interactive, ondemand or bioshock as per your need.
4. Video playback using h/w codecs is laggy. Use mx player for the time being. I will look into it and see what i can do.
5. Wake with home button is not working. Flash the attached zip as a temp fix to get it working.

I had fixed GPS earlier, forgot to merge it into aex build i guess. Flash this fix for gps:

Initially it didn't work , but then i applied video temp fix from crdroid rom .
Now it works , but video is too shaky .
How do i fix this.

GPS is working fine. Use gps test app from play store and check it in device only mode.

I can't seem to listen to music on any music player except MX player like on other players the song starts but there is no sound.

its not a bug. enable the music equaliser first. If the problem persists clear app data too.

Sorry. RIL is tested on both single sim and dual sim devices and made sure it works.
Follow this post for more info and steps
and when reporting a bug, tell the whole story. otherwise i will have no idea what i am looking at.
Device model, Bootloader version & baseband version (use kernel auditor app for that), zips flashed etc...

If u use it as secondary device yes, no ETA for Camera

Sound does not work and there is no native video player. Most apps that play their media on the native player glitch.

DOWNLOAD ROM
GAPPS: DOWNLOAD GAPPS
First time installing crDroid to your ivy, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, dalvik, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash the ROM
5) Flash gapps
6) Flash Magisk/SuperSu (If you want to)
KNOWN ISSUES
WiFi and Mobile Data are not working

do this new build had solve the wifi? or just lte is working now

Uploaded a new zip hope it will solve the WiFi problem, try it.
I'm out of station now, so can't change my daily driver to check this rom.

hi OP, thanks for the new file, i'm going to downloading it and test it; i have some questions but i don't want to be missunderstood:
One of the last official builds from lineage have the december 2018 security patch and the last stock rom has september 2017 security patch. do you have plans to add updated security patches to your rom? like july or august 2019.
i'm not asking ETA or anything like that, just curious to know.

I had installed the v3.8.9. The wifi & mobile data were not work correctly。

Amazing Rom, Please Fix Wifi, connection is unstable but works.
