Best Nougat(7.1.x) Rom for Xiaomi 1s/armani ??

Best value for money phone Xiaomi Redmi 1s/Armani has lots of custom ROM based on latest Android version. I made list of all Nougat based ROM. Which ROM do you use Share your thoughts. THANKS ALL DEV XDA for such support for this device.

Just flashed AICP and using kernal PhanTom v8 beta v5 any other tweak to make it better

RR has best customise features but I feel some lags.

Aicp already have Phantom v8 beta5 features in it. So no need to flash the kernel.

No, It's perfectly fine

Use latest twrp and reflash clean ROM and try
I'm not sure with this but I don't face such issue

Cm 14. is buggy

I would say, go with Slim7. It's the smoothest ROM I've ever tried. It's also stable as well.

I'm daily update with AICP OTA,
I suggest you to try clean install

Currently Using CITRUS-CAF [OMS][3.0][TANGERINE] ROM. So far SO Good

Cm13 latest build required!

If anyone have the latest cm13 build (official one)

Hello there is no longer official support for CyanogenMod it has been stopped. It moved on to be Lineage OS. So it's better to search for Lineage OS 13.

Development had been stopped for "htc 816"
There's no RR rom, AOSP, like other devices, althought there are few developers like bigsupersquid who's still participating ? in the development of LOS14.1
So, there's no LOS 13

lineageos for 5t

Any idea why we don't have lineageos for 5t yet or when it will be available

Because it would be wasting time to put hard work on old 14.1 Lineage when 15.1 will come up. But there is no official release date.! Read Lineage Changelog

One question before I flash the lineageos on 5t,I have downloaded the zip file from the link and it says lineageos 15 which is based oreo so wouldn't my 5t need to have oreo bootloader in order to be able to successfully flash and boot? Since 5t runs on nougat wouldn't it be more sensible to flash lineageos nougat rather than oreo? Do you have any lineageos nougat build for 5t that I can test as well incase lineageos 15 doesn't flash or boot up
Edit: couldn't flash ended up with error 7

Careful. I flashed Liquid Remix 8.1 and it wiped my internal storage. Not saying this will happen to you, but make a backup on your PC!

for now i reccomend all developers to build a los 14.1... because for now there are these stable sources and the base of this device is android 7.1.1
i like lineage and need burn in protection features
oreo will be later and probably lineage will skip los 15 and pass to los 15.1 based on 8.1 oreo

That is because liquid remix you are supposed to be running decrypted. It is stated in OP5 thread in flashing instructions.

I didn't read their thread. Just got a flash able zip from their web host. Figured it was due to encryption.

What's the best way to assist with developing Lineage OS for the 5T?
Options (AFAIK):
Donate somewhere
Test builds on device and report bugs

Well then to be honest, you have no one to blame other then yourself for that fail. Never flash something without reading the thread on it. Bad things happen as you learned.

Re-read my original post. I am warning others about it, not blaming anyone. I lost no data (other than the zips I was flashing), merely noted the wipe.

Lineage OS 15.1 Experimental Build

I forgot to download it before I upgraded from the lineage os official page and now it is gone, does anybody still have it?

Are you having issues with the official??

I need it to transfer from lineage os 14.1 to lineage os 15.1

I'll try to upload it today at night. Take nandroid just in case.

Getting new features is nice I guess, but Oreo just has too many bugs. I miss Lineage 14.1 where everything "just worked."
