Paranoid Android 4.2.1

All right so i want to build paranoid android 4.2.1 for our cappy glide. Problem is first off i have almost no clue how to build from source and second i don't have a lot of experience if there are developers that can help or give tips it would be highly appreciated.

Check the thread where it explains how to build cm10.1 from source in the Dev section and go from there.

Start by reading dmans thread on building cm10 . You'd find myself and dbranonn asking many queries which should help you figure out the repos to use for 10.1 . Also dbrannon in his PA thread has given the link of thread he used for building PA.

[Kernel] Sensei Kernel for Find 7

These are untested by me as they failed to flash on Omni/DU (LVM) - If anybody else wants to report back, that would be great. These have not exactly been advertised so please don't complain to the developer or to myself.

How knowledgeable would the person have to be?
I can't believe people aren't jumping at the chance to help. We don't have a dedicated kernel dev at all for find7/s/a

It's not that I don't want to help, but I don't think I know enough to help.
But, I think I read it somewhere that the CM11 for Find 7 does used a kernel based on the Oneplus One CM11 kernel.

I hope @Entropy512 or maybe @maxwen can help

I know @ayysir used Franco for a short bit on PA. Outside of there you may have better luck on Oppoforums.

Everyone I am sorry, I wasn;t being notified of any updates on this thread, I now officially support Find 7/7a, but they are blind builds for the time being.

Yes but there is only the source code for the OnePlusOne and Nexus 6.

Hmm my bad, I thought I saw the find7 branch in the OnePlusOne repository on github before

My phone, HTC Desire 310, went on sale this February, since then there is no Custom Rom, nor Kernel. :crying:
So if there is anyone willing to do that, I can help! I can provide u with the kernel source, roms to port, etc..

Are u sure u got the kernel source dude??because i through all thread for mt6582 @ MTK chipset..they not provide the source code..if u have it then its easy to port for this chipset..

Btw, i think my bootloader is locked. I can't seem to find a way to unlock it..

i cant because i have no command over ubuntu,linux etc just windows

If you mean build or compile a rom I'm sure you could ask some of the devs here, someone should be able to compile it for you.

Does anyone here know how to build kernel from sources? i've tried from tutorial from @DooMLoRD but no luck..maybe lack of knowledge in linux..if someone can show me how to do it i'm very gratefull..
