p2a42 qcn & carrier_policy.xml - Lenovo P2 Questions & Answers

i use p2c72,and try to unlock B5,i need p2a42 2 files:
1.qcn file. it can be exported by QPST
2.carrier_policy.xml it can be use EFS Explorer export(EFS Explorer is a tool in QPST), you can find it in policyman file.
can anyone upload it? thanks for your help,bro

There is no carrier policy xml in the folder ........
However , i got you the .qcn files and the policyman folder

file explorer is missing

Does anyone know how I can get file explorer from windows pda. My pda doesn’t have file explorer.

It's a link file. Just drop it into \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\. Once you've done that, it will appear in your start menu.
Also, this is a Windows Mobile file, in case you weren't aware.

wpa_supplicant.conf

Hey, i accidentally deleted the wpa_supplicant.conf on system/etc/wifi, can anyone give me their stock version of the file?
By the way, is this file important in any way?

Not, really. It's a file with the description of the configuration file and all the available options for the true wpa_supplicant.conf file that is stored in another directory. Not needed unless you need to work with that file.

Contents of EFS and IMEI folder

Can someone list the files that belong in the EFS folder and in the respective IMEI folder?
file and extension. I might have to manually place some of these files in the folder to get my IMEI issue sorted......
I am pretty sure im missing the nv_bin file so i can update my IMEI.....

EFS folder backup

Does someone knows is there EFS folder on LG G3 because I cant find it with RootExplorer. I was looking on SdCard and through whole device but theres no trace of it. I've made a backup with adbshell comands and got modemst1.img and modemst2.img but I want to copy and save EFS manually.

It's not manual but there is an app called efs backup that backs both the efs file and the modem for you

Android O where is the gps.conf file located ?

I have always had a gps.conf file. It has for the past few years been Root, /etc. I have looked in /system/ and /system/etc. I can not locate this file on Oreo?

Just ran a quick search via Root Explorer. Found that file in /system/vendor/etc/
I went to /vendor/etc and yes it is their. Thank you

Hi,
does anybody knows where to locate the file gps.conf ?? i have searched using root explorer but couldn't find it. Also looked in /system/vendor/etc
I would like to modify this file to have a faster gps lock. (without using any third party software) thanks
