Hi, I'm using the rom Meeko in my Z00A, and trying to use Zenui 4 in it. But for some reason it keeps loosing the default option and asking what app I want to home screen.
This problem is the same problem occurs with any custom rom I used in this device, LoS, RR, NutOS. The only version that works normal is the 4.0 version.
Can anyone point me what can be problem? I already installed as system app but still the problem persists. If there are no solution I will return to 4.0 version.
Or if anyone know a launcher that have all features of this launcher, like double tap to sleep screen, blur wallpaper in home screen, and is completely free, please point me to it.

It's been a while since I noticed this error..
I'm using Defrost Latest Version with Launcher PRO.
Every time I set a new wallpaper (it doesn't matter which way I do it, either via launcher pro, or via backgrounds app), the image is changed to some grass.
It only changes to the new image I picked if I reboot the phone..
That's kind of annoying, since every time I want to test a wallpaper I have to reboot my phone.
Anybody knows a solution for this?

you should be posting this in the launcherpro forums since the dev actually looks there.
and I presume you are changing the wallpaper when in LP by either pressing menu>wallpaper>gallery or long press on LP desktop>wallpapers>gallery?
I installed launcherpro, deleted the settings of HTC sense, pressed home, checked the "remeber this setting" and chosed launcherpro, so it's the new default launcher.
However, after opening an application and returning to the home screen, it keeps asking me to chose between launcherpro and sense again.
With home switcher installed the same issue keeps happening. After a while it shows me there isn't a default launcher selected.
Does anyone know a solution? I'm getting really frustrated...

Flash your phone with Android Revolution HD 2.0.9 without Sense
A bit drastic, I admit. But holy crap that ROM is fast!

First, clear defaults from both HTC Sense and Launcher Pro (evt. clear cache or any other data). Then when prompted choose Launcher Pro as your default.
Alternately, you can try to freeze (not uninstall) HTC sense by using Titanium backup.
Hi Friends, I'm MohamaD from Iran. I'v this problem in my device since yesterday when I Installed Windows 7 Launcher. and I have found a solution for it by changing the Memory Card. If anyone knows another way to solve this please post it here. Whatever it is... it relevance to Memory card.

I flashed 5.1 and it's kind of OK (although a few app stopped errors happen) but the home button only works from the task switcher screen. It doesn't work from any app. Tried with Launcher, tried with Nova Launcher. Also, setting Home in Nova Launcher to an app doesn't launch that app. Something eats my home clicks. But what? I do not use a custom keyboard.

You should probably wipe everything and do a fresh install of the latest factory image. From the force closes, it sounds like you flashed all all positions besides data... Or you're having issues with the touchscreen drivers, which is a widely known issue on flo... Look around in the general section, there are about four threads with good information annoy the touchscreen if that's your issue. You could also collect a logcat of the touch fail, limit the output so it's easy to find the error and determine the source of your issue... Just some ideas.

I'm seeing an issue with Nova Launcher where pressing the volume down button does nothing.
This happens when the home screen is in focus. It happens when on any page of the home screen.
When the notification shade is slid down, when in any other app or simply if Nova Launcher is not in focus, the issue is not producible.
With other launchers, this issue is not producible.
The version that i have is Prime 4.2.2.
Is there a fix for this?

If you truly want help with something you will have to provide more information. Like phone model and android version, custom or stock etc.
Also, I too use Nova Launcher and don't have the issue you are talking about. So it definitely is something on your end.

I tried again to reproduce this issue.
Phone: Lenovo K3 Note K50-T5
ROM: Cuoco92 S424 v1.25
Apps: Only Nova Launcher installed
Steps to repro:
1. Flash ROM.
2. Install Nova Launcher.
3. Enable Developer's options.
4. Enable USB debugging.
5. Go to Nova Launcher home screen.
6. Press volume down.
7. Observe that the volume panel does not appear.
8. Press Vol Up. Observe that volume panel appears.
Does anyone else see this issue?

Yes, I do. Same problem exactly, when I press Volume/Down doesn't work, but Volume/Up works as expected. (problem occurs only on home screen).
Lenovo s1a40, rooted, but stock Rom - Android 6.0; Nova Launcher 4.3.1 prime. I think problems started after installing Gravitybox, Xposed module.

I am using latest paid version of Action Launcher on OnePlus 5T. After latest upgrade to Oreo -- Action Launcher started producing black artefact when unlocking phone. Here's video how it looks like:

I've tried resetting Action Launcher to defaults, but it didn't help.

I don't have that with Action Launcher and I've been on most of the Oreo roms, you're going to have to look elsewhere for your problem.
On another thread I was perusing there were a few fellows that had a similar problem, evidently going into developer and disabling animations will get rid of it until you figure out something else.
