HiSuite update

I had a notification to update HiSuite this morning which I have done but when you click on the update option within the program to check latest version it now states my IMEI number instead of the firmware version that it did before anyone else done this and noticed the same result

nop just update and that all !
only when i connect phone to PC it reinstalled drivers ! thats ALL.

Problem now resolved itself ?
Checked again today regarding it showing IMEI number but it now shows firmware version as it should

Closed Beta for Android 4.4 + Emotion UI 2.3

Hey everyone,
I just receiveed an e-mail from Huawei saying that they are looking for 500 beta testers for Android 4.4 KitKat with Emotion UI 2.3 on their Ascend P6. But since the mail was in German I am not sure if international devices are accepted, so just try for yourself.
Requirements:
Ascend P6 with B125 software
Enter name and IMEI at http://www.huaweidevices.de/beta-tester (the update will be delivered OTA)
Feedback can be supplied to [email protected]. Maybe there is also an English version of this beta. The official update should come early July 2014 (to Germany) and brings the following new features:
more filters for photos
watermark for photos
phone manager: improved performance, energy management & garbage collection
direct unlocking with the correct code (no need to press OK)
new lockscreen and online designs
That's everything I know, I hope you are looking forward to the update

Are they already rolling out the OTA ? I applied but I'm on B507

Not for me :sad: just downgraded all the way from Omni Rom for this :laughing:

Downgraded to b125. Registered already, it says: you will get the update shortly. See what happens.

applied!! when you receive pls warn me!! i will do the downgrade then!

I hope this international beta will have the option to change the default storage to external sdcard. I'm missing this option at this time. Why only CN-rom have this option?

Question:
How can i downgrade from B507 to B125 without WINDOWS PC (I have Mac)

U have to download a separate downgrade file from Huawei ... install via stock recovery and then install b125... , it has been mentioned several times

As I think now, someone somewhere will capture the OTA and release it. And we will be able to install it through stock recovery or maybe even use EMUI's update option. No need to be on 125, it should work from any other version, just not with OTA.

I just signed up now too. Let's hope I get the ota!

Right so both of the files, custom and official says it's corrupted.. Now why is that? There must be something wrong on my side here....

Hm try to change the name to update.zip and flash it again. It's the official 18s.

Its because of only a handful ppl get the .18s on the x720 (x727 got delivered with .18s) and the only system dump I found was with supersu. I will write at the op that Supersu is included. Sry for the confusion.

I have tried the original name (doesn't find the upgrade button ofcourse) and the 'update' name... Like all of them, it starts up... aaaaaaaand it's corrupted

Awesome. I'm receiving it too. X720. I love this this phone.
One question: i cant connect my regular headphone with the adaptor. It doesn't read or detect that a headphone is attached. Has anyone experienced this too?

Honor 6X - L21 (EU version) Update files

The model name for Honor 6X (EU version) is BLN-L21C432

People who are using this version confirm it.
Note: B122 doesn't have VoLTE. VoLTE is introduced at B130 update.

This update should enable VoLTE, update security patches and improve dual-screen.

I have chinese variant bln al10, and i hate the rom. how can i install this variant with no errors? i tried with bll l22 rom in fastboot and when flashing system.img i receive "(Remote: flash write failure) "

Yeah there is issue with AL10 ROM. Even i struggled a lot with this. need to debrand to Indian version.

i purchased my phone in a site called to2c and they offer the chinese variant with optional roms, bln al10 rom or bll l22 rom (indian) with dts sound!. They know how to change the rom. But they are on chinese holidays, i already send a message to get instructions. A big mistake buying it with chinese rom .

You should have gone for the Global version...in Chinese variant there is no play store...I had to do all these manually and took couple of days as all done but contact sync took was still and issue but eventually fixed it. Its Chinese new year time so you may get delayed response.

Also, very low headphone volume, 3,5mm output. Developers only think in how loud the music is today and they apply a volume lock on ALL variants. They dont think some records are quieter .

2. extract the update.app from the update.zip
3. create folder "dload" on a sdcard (or Phone-Memory) an copy the update.app to this folder
4. shutdown honor 6x
5. press VOL+ VOL- POWER at same Time (until to see the blue image with honor logo on the display), then release buttons
6. Update begins.

I got my phone from Amazon.de and the hardware version is the same, so I could probably update.
However, I have unlocked Bootloader. Probably why the update does not show in the update app. It will be the first time to update like this. Does it affect bootloader lock status? It will remove root but that can be reapplied later.

After you "force flash" update file, your bootloader will be re-locked...

Xiaomi EU Rom Update

Hi guys,
I currently have V10.0.12.0.PEECNFH (stable) installed. When i check for update i get prompt for: V10.2.1.0.PEECNXM
When i try to update to this by pressing green button: Download (1.6G) but i get prompt saying "You are up to date or there is a server issue, check xiaomi.eu for new version" but i cant find anything on the site relating to this?
Anyone have similar issue?

After you download the file go to the updater and choose the package you just downloaded.

have same problem on weekly.. im on 8.12.27 updater recognise 9.1.10 but on download it says i have already the newest version
