In specific, I would like to flash AOSCP for H815, but I only have a F500S. Will I be able to flash it, after I upgrade to official nougat firmware?

I know it doesn't work when I have a L bootloader, and flash a MM bootloader based ROM. But does it work other way round?

I want to go back to 4.4 kitkat to do some testing. Currently on a sense based Mm rom. Do i have to reflash the kitkat firmware to go back to kitkat or i can just flash a stock kitkat rom?
Device info: HTC One M8 Sprint
S-OFF
P/s: Even better if the stock ROM is debloated

I believe the KK rom will misbehave on MM firmware
It's better to flash the full RUU to switch between KK and MM

Does this mean that we have to flash the fw-less versions?
Does the latest firmware cause bugs with fw-less miui?

Via OTA app ? No way. Ota app lets you downgrade 2 versions down only. So if You are now on 10.0.0.4, OTA will let you downgrade to 10.0.0.3 and 10.0.0.2

Root requires to unlock the bootloader or a hack like in MM where it was possible without unlock. Unlocking the bootloader is the common way to root your phone as long as the vendor allows you to do that. LG allows that for the g4 models h815 international and h811 only.
Once the bootloader is unlocked you can flash TWRP and root your phone .
Downgrading to MM is possible, too ofc. Has been asked and answered multiple times here. Try the XDA search for that .
