Hey i have Camera lag when i'm in photo mode,front and back camera,but when im in video mode i dont have lag,can you help me to fix this?

hello i have the lg g3 but i very unhappy becuse the camera at night she very laggy and slow like low fps in game like that and its only at night and someting at the aftermoon so why i have this problem? all the lg g3 suffer from this problem or only i? and if evreyone has this problem so what can i do this fix this?
If i install camera mod v2 ita fix this? If i use video so the video its move clear in 60fps all smooth if i use camera to take picture its slow at night so please help

When opening the camera with sticker effect, the screen is flickering .
Normal camera is working normally. It's just happen when applying camera effect.
Anyone facing the same problem with me ?
