720p Wallpapers for the GS III

Check the link(s) in my siggy. I've been adding them for a while. These will be great for showing off that HD screen!
Can't wait until mine gets here.

The screen size is 720x1280, so do we need 1440x1280 because of wallpapers could be seen in landscape view too, right?

It's because wallpapers scrolls as you move through homescreens.

lol Not if I can help it, I never did like scrolling wallpaper and always disable it.

Screenshots? Which are you trying to set? Home screen or Lock screen wallpaper?

home screen wallpaper. every time i try to set as wallpaper, the crop option appears and i can't choose the whole wallpaper... it's the same with any picture i try to apply as a wallpaper... it's weird, never had this issue with my sgs2 (my previous phone).

I think the GS III uses the stock ICS gallery if I am not mistaken. You CAN choose the entire wallpaper, but it's just tricky. You have to move the box to one side and keep dragging and moving until it fills the whole screen. Def not as easy as the older Samsung way.

hi , this look cool , but this not working with uccw ??

The file isn't opening as a workable UCCW file, even if I rename the zip to a uzip. How do we get it to work?

Tried to extract the zip and dropped both files into UCCW folder and ended up with the"skin deleted" image when I tried to open it.

Let me start by saying that I haven't installed thus yet, but to answer your question... To change from celcius to Fahrenheit, you need to change the setting of your uccw to use Fahrenheit instead of celcuus. If you've done that and just want to change the c to an f it's going to either be a static text element in the uccw options, or it will be the suffix option on the current temperature element.

Ok, You just need go to uccw app in app drawer then go to setting > Hotspot mode > turn off hotspot>
and back to home screen, click at widget now you will see setting screen of widget and now you can set up anything that you need in there. When you set up finish you need to turn on hotspot mode again

i have galaxy s4 mini phone, people are uploading galaxy s5 wallpapers, but they not uploading the ORIGINAL galaxy s5 wallpaper the blue-greenish with the purple line when you go to set as wallpaper option you see this photo first on galaxy s5. now the question is maybe you can find it in root browser and upload it here? becuase i really want this wallpaper

there are 3 versions of the wallpaper
-bright one (viewed orignally on the s5 ... never been shared as its in the framework ... i will share it )
-normal one (looks as the above but its actually not the one .. its taken from the wallpaper chooser app not the framework)
-no-violet gradient one (this one is the latest and its been in the wallpaper chooser in the kitkat update for out i9195)
i attached the 3 so you can choose and also an s5 home screenshot so you can compare

its not my problem that the capture you got is with a stupid f--kin camera !! ... this is a screenshots from the s5 itself
its the same but the the camera used to shoot the s5 in your shot changed the amoled colors a bit thats it ! .. look here are 3 more shoots that are more accurate
i attached the one in the 3 previous shots its "home_wallpaper_bright.jpg" .. and im not blind i know what i say

[MOD] TW 4.4.2 Lockscreen "Lens Flare" mods (Lightning, Rings, Orbs, Blood Splat)
Credit to @kr3g3r for creating this great mod and thank you for allowing me to bring this back for kit kat. Also big thanks to @the_original_teknikl for using this in his theme and bringing the mod to my attention.
I just ported these over to kit kat and made it work with our S3. Instead of modifying the framework these mod your Keyguard.apk using vrtheme so its universal for all variants. All of them can be found in my folder here on androidfilehost. I haven't gotten the chance to take screenshots for all of them yet but theres 23 and a revert to stock light effect included. I will be making additions with other colors of these in the future.
For other developers that want to get these to work on their touchwiz rom look through the drawable folders in Keyguard.apk on your device for the filenames of the images and change the vrtheme filepaths to match. The s3 these are in drawable-sw360dp-xhdpi for example.

Successfully flashed these on stock ND8. They look awesome. I got the white tron rings and the white lock rings to work but when I flash the white lightning nothing changes.

Those aren't my screenshots so I can't say for the wallpaper but the clock is crius or chronus from the play store. You can change the color when applying the widget

I use palm swipe gesture to take screenshots and that didn't work for me to take screenshots on lock screen.
I never tried turning gesture off and doing it woth home + power. Lol

Running the likewise s5 Lt rom on s3 it is deodex from what the person who made it says I'm guessing I have to change wallpaper like I did on my note 2 for the others to work correctly

That rom uses the s5 keyguard.apk. it probably isn't working because it's a lowercase k not Keyguard.apk. Just a thought. And the images may be in a different folder as well because the s5 doesn't use the same one as us.

Get root browser from the play store and goto system/priv-app then you can copy it to your sdcard and upload it to dropbox ?

Give this a shot. Replace the one you copied with the one I just fixed below I believe. The images are in drawable-xhdpi instead of drawable-sw360dp-xhdpi.

There is a live wallpaper for this already. You can adjust the bezel thickness and rotation of colors and stuff. It's called borderlight.

Hey, this is great work. Please disregard all the stupid comments that everyone else is making. I am getting my Oneplus 6T probably on Christmas or later on this month (Still rocking my Oneplus 3T). This simple static border will be a huge help because it will serve as a template when I try to animate it with KLWP. The issue with borderlight, that I dislike is the fact that it doesn't work with your current wallpaper (replaces). I can easily edit my wallpapers to have have the edge using Toolwiz. This is great work and can't wait for the update.

Or simply search "Tokidoki" on Zedge

I would have to get the actual phone to play around with the idea more effectively. I used my most recently tweaked wallpapers to sort of get the effect. These wallpapers and more can be found on Zedge or my G+ as previously mentioned. Here is the result....

Thanks man . I don't know how you going to animate it but good luck. I couldn't find for 6T so i made one. When I mentioned update, I meant perfecting the curves . If you want, I can share psd file you can put whatever you want in the border..

Impressive, I love that IP Address joke. What font type and size are you using? One more question, is it possible to change the notch color or customize for that matter?

That looks awesome and I imagine that it would be pretty cool with the liveboot animation. Are you using Windows, MacOS or a Linux distro to compile your bootanimations? I would like to make one for myself, but I'm running Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 Budgie)
