[Updated] Latest [Google AR stickers] [Magisk]

This Is a port of Google AR stickers introduced in Pixel 2 for Lenovo Zuk Z2 and Also some of other phones are supported.........
These two files should be flashed with TWRP 3.2.1
Or with magisk
Gmod cam is included so just flash these two files
#Procedure
1, you can be in any of the oreo roms /some of nougat roms
2 Flash the two files attached below in TWRP
4 Reboot and clear the data for gmod cam
5 open Gmod cam /camera nx
Uninstall the Google camera before flashing This!!!!!

I Have tested it on Nitrogen Rom ,pixel experience 8.0 and omni 8.1
If any problems occur try flashing these files in magisk after clearing data of gmod cam ..and install the two apps manually and then flash the main file.......

i saw only one file too , flashed that .. no gcam mod installed along with it and when i installed gcam mod manually i didnt get AR stickers

I think nitrogen rom 1st build doesn't support HDR+
Which build are you using

3. Open the app, go to settings and then close (for creating /data/data files)
4. Open a root explorer of your preference

I've tried a Lot of 6.1 and 5.3 ports, none of them works, Just 5.1 works on Cedric

It seems you are using pie.
If so go to developer options inside gcam 5.1
Tick the option to use Gcam

Pixel experience offical has a bug on the camera
And i think that this option is ticked by default, tested in aosp extended and bootleggers, both pie roms

Mine was not enabled but after enabling it worked somehow

New camera portrait not working on pixel experience. 9.0

New gcam 5.1 works PERFECT on pixel experience go 9.0. Awesome Job

I would like to install this mod but when I try to I get a message that says cannot install app. I have read thru the config files and installed a file manager but it cannot locate any of the files from the config. I'm on Oreo from the flashable TWRP zip.

Anyone got ARCore working on this phone?

As we already know our phone doesn't support ARCore but there's a way to enable it on unsupported phones here: https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/ar/
Even tho I did what it said there I couldn't get it to work and every time I open an AR App or I try to open the Playground the app crashes. Did anyone manage to get this work on our device? If yes how?
Might work on custom ROMs but I'm interested in the stock PIE ROM.

Have the same problem. Did everything they said on the site. AR+ option enabled on pokemon go, but whenever I tried to use it, the screen went dark and crashes.

Would be nice if someone says that is able to use arcore right now in this phone. I wonder if it got patched

I know you said that you're interested in stock ROM, but that's the thread that pops up when people google anything related to ARCore and Mi A2 Lite, so I'm here to let everybody know that I got ARCore working on this phone using custom ROM called Pixel Experience. Every AR app I tried works except for Playgound. You can find it here on xda-developers. I couldn't reproduce these effects on stock ROM.

arcore enabler on magisk and voilá! (i recommend use the 1.5v zip file, the 1.6v crashes safety net!)

It doesn't work. Every time i open Playground app or any other AR app it crashes.
I did everything - Magisk+ arcoreenabler(both version 1.5 and 1.6) and installing Arcore and Playground app.
I'm on Pie stock.
Any help?

I'm also trying to get ARCore working on my A2 Lite but still nothing... I want to install the Measure app, which needs ARCore, but every time I try to open, it crashes. Has anyone found a solution?

For a while I was able to run ARcore following these institutions, but at the time my device was on Android 8 but now after I have upgraded to Android 9 it doesn't work at all.

Right now I'm using an GSI version of android 10 for our device and all AR apps including gcam playground are working fine(maybe a little bit laggy in playground camera, but maybe it depends on which version of gcam you are using) Maybe these days if i have some free time ,i'll reflash stock rom and look for a solution

I installed the pixel experience rom but it still didn't work.

Guys, I made it work at june 19. I forgot to share here. Everything relationed to ARcore was working, even playground. My response is in this thread for whoever got the same issue:

Hey there, I remember I had got ARCore working A2 Lite. After flashing the module through Magisk, you need to install the ARCore app from PlayStore from here : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.ar.core
It should work afterwards, but Pokemon might not work, as they check for rooted/unlocked devices to prevent cheating.

You just have to go to "magisk hide" inside magisk app and add pokemon go in there

Arcore is working!!!!!!!!

Ok, I'll explain it to you very simple. Tell me if you don't understand me or if you want an explaination with detail.
(Continue at your own risk. I don't have any responsibility for bricked devices in case you don't know what you are doing!!!)
1: Downgrate your android device to the latest version of android oreo(8.1.0).
2: Root your android.
3: Install Magisk Manager.
4: Download and install the magisk module "ArCore/Playground Patcher".
5: Use a terminal emulator to enable camera2 api.
6: Install google camera port for mi a2 lite (or mi a2 if your device is a mi a2).
Done! Now you can play any ar game or install ArStickers for Google Camera(Ar Stickers is an older version of Playground for android 8)
Warning: Google Camera may crash when you are in Video mode or Photo mode but everything else works (including ArStickers)
Also let me know if it worked.

Not tested yet. I haven't used any custom rom except miui. Make it a try. Btw This camera module is updated than anx version

Can u give a try by manually copying files from priv-app/miuiCamera/lib/arm64 of this zip to /system/lib64 of your phone's root folder
And
priv-app/miuiCamera/miuiCamera.apk of zip to /system/priv-app/MiuiCamera of root

I have mentioned bug fix below on my post. Try it . Copy the file manually as instructed and give me feedback. I'll check it thereafter.

xiaomi eu latest build is supported. if magisk module not working then just rename the original apk file with any other extensions for backup and copy the files from miuiCamera folder of the module to the respective folder in system partition.

remove the mod, restart and apply again

Working perfectly on latest Miui Eu beta Rom..Just copied all the given files to folders using root and after that I unrooted my device

i cannot flash it on magisk im running xiaomi Eu lastest beta

Works on my MI 9T Pro running MIUI 12.2 (20.9.10 beta) xiaomi.eu.
Had to do the manual install, Magisk Manager gave an Installation Failed error.
Everything but the long exposure mode seems to be working, when I try to take a long exposure photo the app crashes.
It's a very good app to take RAW images with every lens. Thanks!

Question POCO F3 stock camera

I don't know if it's possible or not but I have my POCO F3 with the evolution x rom but even with the GCam I still prefer the stock camera that I had with MIUI is there any way that I can install the stock app camera to have full control on the sensors? Thanks in advance for any help

I tried to see what version is used on my phone and I believe it is this one (4.3 85MB), maybe that works? It could also be that you need to install it as an system app over recovery or so.

I am not sure but seems likely.
Maybe the following links help to get a better understanding. As I am using the stock rom and tweaked (rooted) all to my liking I have no need to do so myself

Sorry for the bump - I just got this phone, flashed ArrowOS on it and I'm trying to find ways to use the extra cameras of my device; neither the default Camera on this custom ROM nor GCam can apparently access them.
ANXCamera, indeed, doesn't flash properly. The F3 isn't in the list of supported models as far as I can see either.
Is there a recommended camera app for these features, or a specific pacage of the MIUI default camera app I could flash on my ROM these days? Thanks!
