Hi there,
as a friend of mine bought a N910V from China which came rooted and with german Android 5.0 Rom, he updated stock rom by using odin to 6.0 Rom. Now of course he has only 4 available languages.
As this friend is about 70 years old and has no experience in english language, i want to help him flashing a rom with german UI.
Is there any possibility flashing an original stock rom for snapdragon Note 4 including german language, best without rooting or any custom rom?

i have hTC HD Mini with ROM version 1.07.707.1. my phone is bought from italy however i myself am living in UAE and know only english language. Currently all menus in my mobile are in english only.
i found a ROM version updation in HTC italy website which is 1.36.408.1, however when i downloaded the version and tried to update my mobile, i found out that all installation instructions were in italian language so i didnt updated ROM version thinking that doing that may change the OS language of my mobile set? Can anyone suggest should i update my ROM version, if yes how do i do it without changing my mobile current language ENGLISH??

I'm an italian girl. I've bought my SGH T989D from USA and I've unlock it to use it in Italy
I've also root it and install it ICS 4.03
But....there is no italian language....
Could you tell me, please if there are any multilanguage rom for my device?

You have to use an AOSP ROM to get Italian. If you need help rooting and flashing one, just ask.

at first im sorry for my bad english.
I gave my mother my old HTC One M8 and now she wants to change the language to russian. Actually im living in Germany and I also bought it here. The phone is running stock Android 6.0 with Sense 7 and there is no russian language available. So im searching for a custom Rom which has to run Stable ! No tweaks which make the system more complicated for my mother than it is at the moment. Just a stock Sense 7 rom which supports russian Language.
Is there any Rom you guys can recommend me ?
