Problem Parsing the Package when downloading App

I'm developing an app and testing it on my LG G3, and it works fine, but when my cousin downloads it on her LG G3, she gets a parse error, "there is a problem parsing the package", whats wrong?
She HAS check marked the box to allow downloads outside of google play.

Is your system version the same?

Why would that matter?

Because you -may- be compiling for api 21 (LL) while she has KK (api 20).

The app works for as low as API 9 though

Change browser, normally Firefox works well with these types of issues.

Build Redstone leaving my 640xl all bugged :(

Is anyone having trouble with these builds after the official update for W10? My 640xl , no matter what redstone build preview I update, the store stops working and the phone is all bugged . The store opens but does not download anything and when I click on any app, stuck in loading forever. The internet also not open the menu and only connect by resetting phone. All builds are this way. Sorry for the bad English. u guys know how to fix?

use build 10586 if you want good build... Redstone is for testing purpose only... wait until July for Redstone...

Have you tried downgrading to windows phone 8.1? You can download official WP8.1 from lumiafirmware.com and then install it using windows device software recovery.

This rom is pre pre pre pre alpha, almost nothing is working! Just for everybody who want see Oreo look. I'm out of free time but I will update each time when I get some free time. Adb somehow is not working, you need to change ro.build.type from userdebug to eng and adb will start working. If you have idea about whats going on with adb, you tell me! Somehow managed to boot this rom, a lot of work and time I spent to get Oreo boot, got also credentials working but somehow camera is fail to work, probably we must use Snap camera instead of the Camera2? You can try snap camera and tell me. You can try other cameras too and tell me!

Not a risky, just some more things is not working! Bugs need to be identified and fixed one by one.

Audio doesn't work
Wifi doesn't work
I'm not able to test cell data
Camera doesn't work, neither footej
ADB doesn't work, no usb at all, the device isn't listed neither with adb devices and devices control panel in windows
Bluetooth yes
Vibrating yes

Heyho. I just tested building from @munjeni 's sources. Unfortunately TWRP throwed an error 6. I checked the updater script and found some strange lines. With them removed I was able to install and boot
I'm really up for doing some fixes, but for me it's learning by doing which can be a time intensive process.
BTW: USB transfer works by disabling ADB in developer options... I just copied the screenshots off the device.

But ADB works to you? Can you see the phone if you do adb devices?
@munjeni can I try to replace the libs just like as porting a custom rom from the N builds? Or it is wasted time?

Yes, adb works. But only if you revert this commit https://github.com/munjeni/android_device_sony_amami/commit/e0cde4386d51ad2b45d7700f495a85fdb75dc8d2.
Adb from the 8.0 tree seems to be broken, but maybe it's a problem with our devicetree.
Nevertheles, as Munjeni already did, replacing the adbd with a prebuilt one (I used one from an Android 7 tree i had lying around) works quite fine.
 @munjeni : Is adb built from 8.0 source working for you? Or is it a permission problem?

Hey. I've got some news. Wifi was working for me. I just installed a new build and was able to connect
I can't test data connection - the sim reader is broken in my test device.
I think we should move ahead to lineage 15.1 (android 8.1) because support for lineage 15.0 was already dropped.
Unfortunately there are several build issues - let's see what the time brings.

Which Google Camera port should I use?

I have level 3 hardware support for camera2.
The problem is, the apk in the guide seems like an old version, but there are about 100 different APKs here

Id like to know as well, the sheer amount of links on the GCam page is really confusing.
I'm using the MiMax version which works well but sadly the portrait mode doesn't and you need to turn off HDR+ to get the fron cam working

Try the cstark27 one of the best fit this device, front facing camera is about the only thing not working but don't do selfies so I am ok with that

Yes but it is version 5 and has no night sight mode

Yet it still is the most functional one, lacking a gimmick feature that doesn't even work that well on this device isn't a huge deal.

you must unlock bootloader and enable camera2api or simpy root with magisk and install "camera2api enabler" module from the download section!!

Is that still the case after the Pie update?
I'm getting weird green artifacting sometimes

Now in pie i use arthur's latest version.
Everything is working and 5.3.15

There is no cera2api enabler in magisk download page. May be they removed it or what should i do to enable camera2 api?

After you've installed magisk
Download Root browser from play store
Open the Root browser
Go to the folder named "system" and open it
Scroll down to build.prop and click on it, open with Root browser text editor.
Scroll to the last line after the empty row press enter to start another row
Type 'persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1' without the quotations.
Press enter to move to another empty row
Them, press back and save changes
Now reboot your phone, you're good to go

Cameras Cannot Be Opened - Dell Latitude 7285

Hi,
I hope I am writing into the right forum section...
I have installed Bliss ROM 11.10 on my Dell Latitude 7285 computer. I've found out that the most stable version is the Vulkan support for me.
But unfortunately both cameras do not work or cannot be opened - neither the back nor the front camera. When I open the camera it says: "Failed to open camera. Camera may be in use by another application?" But it is not used by another application. I also downloaded other camera apps, but it doesn't work as well.
Is that a known issue? Can I change some settings to make the cameras work?

I am using the following device and OS:
- Dell Latitude 7285
- Bliss-OS 11.11 - Vulkan support
- Build-Number: android_x86_64_userdebug 9 PQ2A.190405.003 eng-electr.20200314.155225 test-keys

I installed version 12.5 Bliss OS Yantra on an Asus Vivotab Note 8 and I am also using the version with Vulkan support because it is more stable. The standard version has frequent crashes.
I also have the same problem with cameras ...

Another thing I've noticed that doesn't work is updating via the settings menu, it always says "server connection error".
Do you know how we can update the system manually?
