This is Cypher. An extension to pure Android. Cypher tries to maintain the purity of Android while offering useful features for users. The goal is to give the highest level of performance whilst achieving Simplicity.
· Statusbar - Quick pulldown, Smart pulldown, Network traffic indicators, Statusbar icon customization, Carrier Labels, Clock and Date custimization.
Quick Settings - QS rows and columns, Wi-Fi easy toggle, Data easy toggle
System - Screenshot types (Fullscreen and Partial area select) and PowerMenu customization
Notifications - Force expanded notifications, Show notification count, Heads up customization, Ticker, and Notification LED control.

Installation
- Make a (Nandroid) Backup of your current ROM
- Full WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + wipe dalvik cache)
- Select ROM from sdcard
- Install ROM
- After flashing, reboot device (First reboot will take a while)
- Enjoy CypherOS on your device!

This is a slim based rom with a lot of goodies added and with the awesomeness of Substratum. This rom is for people who just want to stick to stability and performance accompanied with a slim base.​
Installation Instructions
recommended
-> Wipe data/Factory reset.
-> Flash ROM, and then GApps.
-> Reboot!
NOTE
If you have any issues installing a substratum theme just go to "settings", "display" and change theme from "dark" to "light".

Yes, I have already built Validus. Even with Feb sec patch. But telephony does not work. I probably know how to fix it, but I have not had time yet. I just do not know if I can do the tipsy update because Oreo is more important.

Many thanks for the multiple ROMs and kernel you're working on. I plan on using this phone until it no longer works, and appreciate the life you're giving it.

Substratum is working extremely good, but I'm facing these two issues, Settings app crashes on opening Developers_Options , and wifi-hotspot shows error after changing Name & password.

Developer options crashing settings is a known problem on SlimROM for the Robin, not fixed yet. So since this is based on Slim, same problem. Only work around is root and change settings with an external app (if changing graphics to .5 or off, LSpeed and similar apps). The wifi hotspot I have no idea, I don't use it.

thanks that very helpful ... Didn't think of it myself ...My point is that many of us would break something while going into the ROM and trying to fix something. Thanks, will stick with your Cardinal ROM which is good enough for me!

The simple think for u is just replace a meta/com/google/updater script with a working one

Try replacing the meta-info folder inside the rom with the meta-info floder inside this attached file

No.
No(there are third party apps that can do this though, afaik).

1.double tap to wake up
2.auto-rotate issue (in landscape mode document view or video player using without any action automatically stuck )
3.notification led colour is green in the stock rom ,but here red colour please change it
4.otg problem
5.media,incall volume not as stock
here lot of rom builders was come and get out this forum,and also don't have any active rom dev here
users are still using stock rom because of lot of minor bugs
please solve these problems and also we need active dev

Nope... And this ROM is a real battery eater, but there is easy solution to this - this ROM + MVK kernel = battery consumption (nearly) same as Lineage OS And there are no problems with camera here (MVK kernel would cause camera crash in most ROMs found here).
