This recovery is same as the one by @dhacker29 for Nokia X, with just modified prop to match with Nokia XL. So you will have Nokia XL instead of Nokia X in recovery mode.

This ROM comes from this project but as many know, and from what you can discover there is no 17.1 release yet. So encouraged by other experiences with custom docker build I decided to give it a shot, and what I share with you is a result of what I've managed to accomplish.
Installation
I assume that you know how to install LineageOS or LineageOS for microg. You can follow instructions from here just use zip file I provided.
You can download zip from here. If you get certificate warning in your browser, you can safely ignore it - certificate is issued by Terena CA for academic purposes, your connection is still encrypted.
