XT1635-03 what after installind Chineese 7.1.1 stock rom

Hi, I get this phone with a 6.0.1 user modified rom, like many people that bought this phone from China.
After unlocking the bootloader I upgrade my phone with these rom via fastboot and RSDLite /addison_cn/RETCN/XT1635-03_ADDISON_RETCN_7.1.1_NCN26.118-32_cid11_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip I got it fromhttps://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/addison_cn/RETCN/
So my phone is on Chineese Nougat 7.1.1 , only chinese and english language, but many chinese characters in english, and every time I reboot I go to fastboot where I have to press start to boot.
My phone is much worse than before, and I've read it can be bricked if i try to downgrade it.
So what can I do now, I would like to at least instal OpenGapps ou instal another Rom.
I think I have to instal TWRP or a custom recovery first but I don't know what TWRP or custom recovery to choose.

My device is Redmi note 5 pro
I was on China miui10 with redwolf and want to flash fastboot rom via miflash but it was done in 1 sec and all gone to vain
So I took my phone to service centre and they said warrenty voids as u unlocked bootloader
So I thought to lock bootloader via commands as miflash didn't work
So I flashed mi recovery.....:crying:
It gone to bootloop:crying:
Even thought to flash a recovery but bootloader is not recognised by the pc
Flashed ADB drivers...
Please help me

First I think you should flash TWRP of some sort and flash AOSP based custom ROM to at least be able to boot your phone. If that's done then you can lock your bootloader (if you still want to).

did you lock it or not ?
can you vol - and power to enter bunny screen fastboot ?
did you allowed usb debugging on device before bootloop ?
if still unlock with fastboot, try miflash tool with another version, seems that 1 second result is when tool do not know the phone model.
I used miflashsetupbeta
if relock than i guess it becomes very tricky if am not wrong (edl, testpin,...)here link

Hey you can still fix it if it's relocked. Just flash the proper recovery rom for your device.

Or you can try to unlock the bootloader again with Miflash Unlock Tool.

i have note 8 pro and my phone was unlocked boot loader
i trying to flash it with indian rom cause mi caller app then now my bootloader is locked and the phone is restarting and boot in recovery mode with messege tell me this rom cant install to this device

Welp, sorry mate, there are no help for hardbrick rn (AFAIK), the only solution is visiting your nearest xiaomi service center or use online tool for buck (due to forum rules I can't reveal it)

Any way to install TWRP on Emui 10/9 ?

Hi guys, I have recently update my P20 to the latest version available (10.0.0.171) on an EML-L29C432 and i was looking to flash TWRP and all i achieved is to boot on TWRP but without touchscreen.
I also figured out that we are now not allowed to flash partitions and to lock or unlock our bootloader.
Also, with the hiden dial code, in USB's behaviour, we have 3 choices, Default, Manufacture and HiSuite mode (which is the default one). Do you think there is a workaroud with that ? Or it's only for the OS session ?
As we are not allowed to flash, i can't even flash the patched recovery_ramdisk through Magisk
So do someone of you, was able to flash TWRP on EMUI 9 or EMUI 10 ?

Hi, first of all you have got to check if your bootloader is unlock.
If you bought this phone soon enough and unlocked it in the meantime you are good to go mais it seems that your bootloader is not unlocked... And now it is gone for good :crying:.
Huawei has made the worst decision by not allowing people to unlock their bootloaders. I heard you can try some tools (search in the Q&A section) which are not free to unlock your bootloader.
As long as it is locked, you won't be able to flash ramdisk of system....

You can flash with locked bootloader like this.

How to unlock a phone stuck on boot ?

Hi,
My official Mi A2 Lite has been stuck by the last OTA update...
I tried to switch booting slot with fastboot but it still happening. see the thread here :
Now i am trying to unlock it but i cant because i dont have access to Developer Options....
What can i do to unlock it and be able to flash a new rom ?
