Stock rom on honor 7x bnd-l24 (Emui 5.1)

So I am currently sitting on Android 7.0 but want to update to android Oreo to then flash rr, but since I installed twrp and rooted my phone I can't . Does anyone have the stock rom of EMUI 5.1 for an honor 7x BND-L24C567B150 ?

I found an oreo stock rom file. Can I flash this file while in emui 5.1 (android 7.0) with root, or can I not?
