Hello,
anyone else experiencing background noise while recording a voice message with the watch, e.g. a voice message for whatsapp?
Sounds to me the processor or any other component of the smartwatch is being picked up by the microfon. The noise is only to hear if the watch has to process a lot, like while using an app taking a voice message.
Actually I can also hear the noise if I press it close against my ear in a quiet environment and turn the watch on or start an app.
Try e.g. "Wear Audio Recorder"

I experience the same background noise. I have tried all free audio apps for Smartwear with no luck. I hope that somebody has a proper explanation whats behind this noise - hardware or software (no fix / fix)-
Wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issue as I am recently with the Pixel. I know Google admitted to a Mic problem with certain build, but I don't know if that is my issue or not.
So randomly my voice commands will just stop working. If I try to use voice text in the stock Messenger I will get "Initializing" instead of "listening". "Ok Google" will not work either. Further, if I hold the Home button to prompt the Assistant, it does not show that it hears anything at all. I do NOT have any issues with phone calls at all, which is why it is confusing me. Don't know if its hardware or software.
Is there any way to test the microphones to see if one or more are failing? Anyone else experiencing these issues?
I would think the Pixel uses the same mic for voice commands and phone calls. Have you considered trying the Pixel support option? That's supposed to be one of the perks of owning a Pixel so you might as well take advantage of it.
My experience with Pixel support was not good. Further, there are 3 mics on the phone. The major hardware issue that Google admitted to kills all 3 mics and does not allow for anyone to hear you talking via phone call, which mine does work.
Hello everyone,
I have a problem about echoing. My friends say "your phone is echoing when you turn on speaker". I tried to either turn off google asistant or other solutions but they are not fixed my problem. Is it just hardware problem ?
I am using miui 12. is there anybody have this problem.?
Thanks for your replies .
