im unable to receive the unlock bootloader img in my email id. i searched in spam, every folder etc havent received, tried so many times. my serial number is 7digits so according to this https://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-zuk-z2/how-to/z2-z2-plus-bootloader-unlock-twrp-t3615283 i added a zero in the end. followed all the steps still not working for me. even changed email id still failure.
anyone help me out plz.

Struggling with the exact same issue. I especially bought this to have the flexibility of custom roms and the power of SD820. But now I am helplessly stuck with ZUI and Marshmallow. The whole point of buying this went in vein. If there's any update, the site is working or any workaround, please keep posting here.
That zuk reply dont work with " Gmail or Google ". Use some other mail service and find the file .
Unlock Bootloader Z2 Plus
I faced the same problem.
Send an email to [email protected] and mention your device model name e.g. Z2 Plus and Serial number.
You should receive an email with an attachment as unlock_bootloader.img.

Check your Spam, sometimes it's directed in that folder

gmail, web.de and my custom mail server e-mail don't work.
Any clues what to do?

the 4th try worked with a google mail address (for the unlock page) AND active chinese VPN. I don't know which one was neccessary in particular. I THINK the google mail account did it since they have a troubleshooting page, which states that some (western) mail services may get blocked by their outgoing mail servers. But I didn't have to create a new lenovo account. The old one with a different mail worked.

I received only the registration mail, but not the unlocker.
I tried with 3 different mail servers (gmail, gmx and my university server)
Can someone please try to receive for me?

There's no 2.3 Rom yet
Looks like SHP is not working anymore. I was on xxkk5 firmware. today i got a popup msg SHP is expired.do you want to renew the service? i pressed yes and it tries to open a webpage and display 404 not found error. After that i became unable to send or recieve emails. it says email ceritificate expired. I thought may be url have been changed so i flashed with latest xxla1 fw by nexus. But problem persist. Its sad if it cant be resolved. Do anyone else have this prob?

Same problem. I can't even receive mails on manual sync now!
same here....is samsung cracking the whip???
My social hub premium is still working. Emails, SNS, Messengers are all working (updates are automatically recieved, chats messages sent and received, ...). No changes or stoppage noticed so far.
EDIT:
Today, I am beginning to observe same problem of "...EXpired Certificate... Renew License...Error 404: Page Not found, etc"
It appears now that it's a general problem. Samsung is possibly stopping the service country by country.
I did a full flash right now and it is working fine for me... maybe there is a problem with the firmware version that you are using, currently i am at KL6.

What's the difference? It's the same URL we used for a long time.
if the url is same then looks like we are in problem. many people says that their shp is working and some people like me are lost. May be samsung is blocking one by one using people IMEI (just my guess though). I have tried older fw again but no luck.
Please check Firmware Version.
It seems some newer Certs are used...
Maybe few Certs are ends in 2012...

Why not try to understand what is missing...
Maybe only 1 cert is to installed and then every Firmware work again...
Check folder Security\CM\Cert
...
But I NOT use SHP. So I can't support search...

NOT extract Firmware files...
Make your hidden folders visible, with QuB for instance and check on handset.

Simple identify why SHP not work.
I have NO solution yet. As I NOT use SHP.

Yeah you used but now to solve this problem you need to use the new server url. There is a difference. With the old one you will not avle to activate socialhub.

Need next to compare. Mine works perfectly.
If yours is not working anymore do next:
1) With Stune, copy this folder: OSP-->Applications-->2482tqy39g-->Data
2) Copy next folder as well: OSP-->Applications-->2482tqy39g-->DataBackup
3) Compress y upload the resulting .zip or .rar
I'll compare with mine.

My friend got the email in his OTHERs folder. It was neither in spam nor in Inbox. Do check that too.

Same here. I recently flashed the latest stock through QPST which lead to bootloader getting locked. Tried sending multiple requests through the site but never received the mail. I don't know how I got the .img before. I'm just so frustrated rn.

This is normal, xda can't be read through Tapatalk anymore since our website has been migrated to the new XenForo platform.
