I got a n900t a few day ago, but the wifi has problem , disconnect ...ect
so can it be fix with n9005 rom ?
Or i have to wait for the 4.4 kitkat from t-mobile ?

I was having issues with my WIFI also. It wouldn't connect on 2.4 GHz but would on 5 GHz. The performance wasn't great and I would get the connection isn't stable message a lot. I tried a bunch of things on my router and finally just did a factory reset on the router. I can now connect of both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. My connection speed has also improved dramatically. I didn't think it was a router issue since the Note 3 WIFI issues are pretty well known to be a problem. In my case, doing a factory reset on the router helped my problem a lot. For reference it is an ASUS RT-AC66R
I used the app WIFI Analyzer from the play store to monitor the signal strengths. Since doing the factory reset on the router, I only see the connection is unstable message very rarely.

I had same issues I thought phone was junk but it was my router. So I upgraded and set my Wi-Fi channel manually and not I am without Wi-Fi issues

You can turn off the option in the wifi settings that lets the phone auto disconnect from wifi if it thinks the wifi signal is weak or unstable. I sit 10 feet from my wifi router and it used to go back to the cell signal randomly. I disabled the auto switch option and no issue since. My wifi at home is very strong so I think its a bugged setting or something.

1) Switch OFF Auto network switch
2) Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep: Always
This is a known bug that tmobile had ignored from the beginning. ... all note 3 phones had it. ..tmobile is the only one left with it. ..

Man, wish I had known about this... My Nexus 5 and 7 (and office iPhone 5S) all have excellent Wifi connection at my home.
I bought Note 3 to use the Wi-Fi calling feature and this caused me to missed multiple phone calls. Apparently, when the Note 3 is on Wi-Fi calling, it sorts of "disable" or reduce the cellular radio signal - zero bar shown on my Note 3 - all calls and SMS go through Wi-Fi. When the Wi-fi drop, it takes sometimes for the Note to establish cellular connection and that's when I missed the call.
Not to mention I am browsing happily or streaming Netflix and BAM.. wi-fi dropped and everything stopped.
If the Kit Kat upgrade fixes this issue AND not bring anymore problem (as evident from numerous threads), I would have upgraded to Kit Kat already.
Dammit, over the course of browsing for an hour, the wi-fi disconnect over 5 times.

Guys i'm having a problem with Hotspot where i can't have anything connected to it for a prolonged time... I tried both 5 and 2.4Ghz but my Moto X4 and my friend's S10+ can't stay connected to it for even a second... It only works after i restart the note 8 pro a couple of times... And even then it disconnects from time to time... Any of you having the same problem?
Edit: I also tried it on two Laptops.. Still the same issue. Sometimes it says the password in incorrect and try again. But i connect with the QR code so that can't be true...
Possible interruption from another WiFi or other signals around your area. Try testing in a isolated are or use other places. It might be the WiFi channels collided.

I checked on another phone... This seems to be the issue but i will update on this once i get home. I'm almost sure i had the same issue at home.
Yup. That seems to be the issue.. thanks for clearing that up. However, does that mean I'm never going to be able to use hotspot at work.. or is there someway i can play around with the settings and fix this?
My phone is redmi note pro 8 , I am unable to connect my hotspot to any other device. I tried restarting and switching off my phone, also switched off other hotpot and wifi networks and tried both 2.4 and 5Ghz but didn't work.
for my device's hotspot there is no problem for connectivity but there is a bug where I can't see who is connected to my hotspot and only shows the number of connected devices which means I can't block users from my hotspot..
my advice try to flash again with the mi flash tool in fastboot mode.
to do so it must have unlocked the bootloader

i have a note 8 pro and i connect it to any wifi and it gets normal speed ( i can see in testspeed app ) and also in browsers i have my normal speed . but in youtube or facebook or whatsapp sometime i totally lose the connection ( its connected but it has no internet .

I am also facing this issues on Redmi Note 8 Pro. It is time to shift to some other provider because it is problem of MIUI, they have installed some tweak regarding the Games and payment apps. It is like they put the mobile internet on Metered Connection by default, causing the slowness of the speed, unless you are downloading something or using the mobile data on hotspot mode. It is super frustrating. Company did it to force users to keep their mobile on wifi connection as much as possible, which will help them in Data Minning. Smart phone are now very risky these days. People want simple stock android with some useful features instead of these policy cappings.
i am using redmi 6 pro from 3 years but now one problem is coming. the problem is that my phone is only getting half of internet speed on wifi as compared to other devices. its ping is very high. i am connected to a wifi network which is my home wifi . all other mobile laptop are getting full speed but my phone is getting half speed and sometimes it drops to 0. i have flashed it with custom rom & official rom but nothing is happening. please help me to solve this problem
im having a random issue in my device in which when i connect to my wifi i get network speed then somehow after around 10 second or so the speed drops so slow that i cant even send a whatsapp message even youtube streaming or any other thing that requires net doesnt work i have dual band wifi so if i switch to my other wifi then its the same case so basically when ever i need to do something or send a message i need to switch wifi so the messages get delivered and then to recheck if there are any notification or any message i just have to again reconnect wifi plz give a solution either this is a software issue or a hardware issue
My Redmi Note 8 Pro WiFi also keeps on disconnecting. Running on Stock MIUI 12.0.5, Non rooted device.
Redmi NOTE 11T 5G & Note 7 Pro plagued with Ping spikes during gaming on both Mobile Data and Wifi. PLEASE HELP. Other devices have nice ping on same wifi at same time.

These lag spikes might be from performance, is your phone overheating?
