I was able to restore some apps that worked, but most are crashing when I try opening them. I just switched from a Pixel XL running Oreo but I don't think that's the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Have u tried to restore without data 1st
Mine are all working. I was on a custom 7.1.2 firmware on my XL though..

I've been using Android Revolution 9.2 and this morning installed 10.0. Everything was working fine for a while, then all of a sudden the GAPPS process started force-closing and I lost all access to the Play Store. I would click on the play store icon and it would just bounce me back to the launcher (in this case, Nova Launcher 2.0). I decided I need to reflash Android Rev HD 10.0 (I have CWM Recovery 6.0.1 installed). The AROMA installer would start, but it would always lock up at some point before the installation began, usually at the prompt to backup the efs partition, sometimes earlier, sometimes later. I haven't been able to get a clean flash started. I even tried to go back to 9.2, but the same thing is happening.
I did a factory reset hoping it would fix the problem, but the GAPPS process continues to crash and I can't access google to restore my apps. So I'm really up **** creek here. Am I looking at a bad RAM problem all of a sudden? (god, I hope not!).
Any help/advice would be welcome.

Hi All hope you had a great Christmas and are starting the new year well
I am currently on Viper 3.2.1 and experiencing some issues. My internal and external card was a complete mess I was struggling to get my Multirom working correctly and I was experiencing problems with my sound on incoming calls just completely going.
So I completely uninstalled multirom and wiped the device entirely, then sideloaded a fresh copy of viper 3.2.1, however when I went to HTC backup to restore my apps and android wear apps the backups have completely disappeared. All I can see is the backup for my old One X and my Old M7 from March last year, I know there should be a backup because it was backing up last night. I have tried dropbox and gdrive but I cannot find the backups.
Any Ideas?

Solution
The problem was because for some reason my google account would not sign in at the start of the setup process, this was because I was flashing viper 3.2.0 them immediatley 3.2.1 OTA without first booting. If yiuy have this issue flash 3.2.0 boot setup signing into google+ and restore phone before flashing the 3.2.1 OTA.
So I rooted my Zenfone 5 and used Titanium Backup to manage system apps and then I used the option to convert the updated version of some system apps to rom. When I did that Google Play services and Play Store started crashing. I can't find a way to get it back to normal since I didn't back it up so I tried restoring stock rom but I couldn't install TWRP recovery, it says it's signed or secured, something like that.
Help please :crying:
PS: Zenfone 5 doesn't have a forum so I figure this was the best place to post it.
EDIT: So the problem is: I can't unlock bootloader
I am on MIUI 9.6.3 GLOBAL stable rom.
I have unlocked my bootloader and twrp is installed.
I took a full back up of my current miui rom (including data) from twrp.
I was using Pixel Experience rom.
Now i want to come back to miui, so i have restored from the backup that i took including data.
But the Google services have stopped working.
Even some third aaps are also not working properly.
I tried restoring from the backup without data but then the ph setup itself is getting stuck, as Google services are not working.
PLEASE HELP..!
Wondering if anyone here may have a suggestion. For the past few months I have not been able to use anything ARCore related on my Pixel 3XL. Camera modes that use it (slow mo and playground), Measure app, etc. all crash immediately. The camera functions normally otherwise. I first noticed it when I went into the Beta program for Q, but for all I know it was happening before.
Things i have tried so far:
Reboot
Factory Reset
Complete re-install of Android 10
Complete re-install of Android 10 without restoring backups
Complete re-install of Android P without restoring backups
The only thing I can think is that I replaced a broken screen. Could I have damaged something while I had the phone open that is causing ARCore failures?
