Nice that looks legit, please post back and let me know how long it took to receive it and what your thoughts are on it.
Will be ordering Thursday, there are four color options. I have the white, I'm going to do the black glass, with the white and chrome and black back I think.
That will look good,I have the white s3,black s4,white s5, I use all dark backgrounds if there's an option and dark wallpapers with the black note4, it just looks nicer to me, that's why I got black this time, but I'd put the white back on myn,I actually never saw the white one in person to be honest I'll have to take a look.
Good luck swapping just the glass, its fused to the digitizer.

Can you elaborate, are you saying its impossible to replace just the screen and he will need to replace the digitizer also with one that has the screen fused to it?

Thanks, were not here to be negative were here to learn and share, maybe he had a hands on experience, that's better then googling something most times, I already saw a tear down of the note4 but not the screen being taken off the digitizer but thanks again for being so helpful.

Don't you just heat it like the rest to separate it? I assume its no different then replacing note 2 or 3 glass...

Got pics?
How did it turn out and where did you get the parts?
I don't have pics, I sold it literally the moment it was fixed. But I can say, the kit was 11.95 with amazon prime shipping. It was for the 910. The glass was cheap, but usable and came with tools. This lit used double sided tape, not loca and the glass didn't have a logo. I two toned it. I thought it would look better but just looked like knock off. But hey my buddy slapped down $690 and said he wants it so no complaints
Basically the concept is heating the glass so the adhesive between the digitizer and glass can be loose or let's say workable. I did this on my Galaxy Note 1 but kinda screwed up a bit. Trying to separate the glass from the digitizer is a pain on the butt because with what ever you use to separate it you can also risk scratching the digitizer. Also do not overheat as it can mess your screen up bad. Let's say all the job is cleanly done and you separated the glass still with the adhesive on the digitizer, put the new glass on the screen and with the heat gun/hair dryer put some heat on the glass to get the adhesive back to stikn mode. This is a simple but yet risky fix. In my experience with a new phone I'd pay the amount to get the screen fixed though idiots here in Georgia will try to rip you off saying you need a new digitizer as well. Hope it gives you a bit of info though look for vids about this before attempting on your own note 4

They give you a clear wire between two rings to separate the screen. It was quite easy. Bunch of glue left over but rubbing alcohol and a light touch took care of that. The trick was to have someone else heating as you slowly work it. I think the fix would of looked a bit better with loca I feel.
Unfortunately my phone has dropped from my hand and its glass has broken but touch and lcd is working properly but only front glass has broken i had seen lots of vedio about Samsung phone but i didn't get for oneplus can anyone tell me weather is is replacible or not and which method is good loca glue or adhesive tape and uv torch is must for solidify the loca glue or it can be done by sun rays because it also has lots of uv light
Searching for exactly that too.

It's very difficult to replace the glass only. You can find the glass om eBay for 3£ and loca glue on Amazon for 5£, but the removal process takes time. I was in the same situation with you. I tried with a proper heat gun, lots of YouTube tutorials, playing cards, everything. I managed to remove 30% of the glass, and then a wrong move cracked the display. I got frustrated and ripped the display completely. What I suggest is to send it to oneplus centre because if you damage the display while changing the glass, you will have to change the entire assembly. An assembly costs over 90£ on eBay, and they're most likely not original. Oneplus service centre will charge you with about 70£ in total. Cheers

Not necessarily, as it will dry in the sun, but it will take a bit longer.
On topic. I just dropped my phone 5 mins ago, and it shattered. F**k me.

Ohk bro if you do it please share yr experience
I dropped mine and tried to do it by myself
Spent 2 hrs and guess what messed up and the display broke that is became dead
Then i got it done from a repairing shop where the guy said it's almost impossible to the screen by yourself because of how the design of this phone is and cursed one plus, until you replace the phones like 100 times a day
My advice don't to it by yourself
Get it done
Cheers ?

Dude, same
Send it to Oneplus get it replaced... Most parts are fake and low quality. I did my Motorola once and the glass broke in my pocket en destroyed the LCD. Just don't do it yourself it is way to hard.
This may seem like a dumb question but I do not trust myself applying this screen protector and I was curious if anyone provides a service that will.

I'm ordered two Glass screen protectors (not Dom glass) from a vendor on Amazon for my Pixel 2 xl, after perfect installation of the first glass screen I have noticed all along the right side of my phone that the screen protector is not touching the phone glass. It was not a bubble, but a narrow air space from top to bottom of the phone screen.
I remove the glass protector and installed the second one, same issue again!
I suspect that the Pixel 2 xl glass is not equally straight across the surface of the phone! I believe its a quality issue with pixel 2 xl screens.
Because the surface is not evenly straight, when the dome glass adhesive is cured, it pulls the glass screen unevenly which causes the cracks in the glass.

You may not be aware of this, but there are a lot of reviews indicating that Whitestone's customer service is abysmal. If you have an issue, they may give you a warranty replacement, however they make you pay return shipping, so you essentially end up paying 1/3 the price of the protector (which isn't cheap to begin with) to ship it back to them and then maybe after a month or so they'll get you a new one.

Hi All,
This spot appeared out of nowhere the other day.
Is it water? Is the glue under the screen coming off?
There is no crack or anything.
What do you guys think it is?

Same happened to me on my OnePlus One, I figured it was from a really tight case that I had on it, taking it on and off, starting from the same corner. Mine was glass separating from digitizer..... It never effected the touch/screen function, but was terribly annoying.
I eventually replaced the screen and digitizer all in one piece. ( After a drop and screen smash)
Wonder if the 5t is built on same "layers" as the one.
Bummer.

IT's around 180$ for a screen replacement.
Not worth it.

Parts shortages, part spec change, sloppy production line/QC practices... who knows?
Not a critical item.
If it you could correlate that to a manufactured date/plant that might be interesting.

Not sure what you call a screen protector. Pixels never had screen "protectors", the most recent Pixel 6 just had a piece of paper loosely layed on the screen that you were able to easily pull off.

I had no sticker on the camera. It's possible that it was returned, but it's also just possible that the human that assemblied the phone forgot to remove the sticker. If you remember the leaked assembly videos, almost the entire assembly is done by humans by hand, so mistakes wouldn't surprise me.
they dont come with any. Just the paper bit on the screen.

There's no screen protection when you open the box. There's just a paper covering the screen. I would suggest to watch one of the unboxing videos and verify if that's what you got.
Mine had clear plastic stickers over all glass surfaces. Probably what people are referring to as "protectors". They do indeed protect from dings and scratches during shipping.
