I think that is a feature that needs to be ported.

it's not modded ,,,it's just normal lockscreen of CM 10.1 with some widgets

base on systemui from fx rom, i just change battery icon to z2 style, and add gradient statusbar background on launcher and lockscreen like 4.4(need Xposed Framework).
Installation
To make it run, you need to:
1- download the attached APK
2- rename it to SystemUI.apk.
3- copy it to /system/app and replace the original file.
4- Enable SystemUI Xposed module in Xposed Framework
5- Reboot your device.

Dnt worry for that clock is on the right corner like stock ! Clock is centered on my screenshot because I hve install an Xposed module that's why.

Yes, same happened to me on my Z3Plus..if I apply iconset themed, folder style remain stock Sony..(for example apply nougat rounded icon theme, folder remain squared Sony)

No... Ambiant display and Always on are different things
Xperia XZ2 has ambiant display which turn screen on when you move the phone or receive a notification.
Always on keep the screen always on to display the clock and some other things (the one showed by ambiant display).

XZ1 has gotten pie now. I don't think always on is a good idea on a non-oled phone. But a port of the ambient display feature would be great! :good:
