So, everybody:
I installed it with the DualBootPatcher on my external SD-card. Everything worked fine. So I can gladly say: You are able too install and use this ROM, even if you are not on stock. But I have found some issues:
SD-Card is called unusal. This could also be only my problem, because of the dualboot. We would need somebody who can try it also.
Camera is not working. Immedialty crashing.
Some random crashes. But they are gone away when I reopen the App. E.g. open the contact over the dial app. I will try to capture them, but its hard, because they are random.
Device name is Grand 2, not S3 Neo.
When installing an App from google play, it stucks in the download image and gets removed from the status bar. It seems to happen bevore the download progress finishes and the installing progress starts. But eventually, it comes up again in the status bar and then finishes.
Sometimes, the Apps in Google Play dont show the rigths they want, they just install.
Two SIM-Cards avaible, even if my S3-Neo just have one slot.
Random lags
It feels like I m experience some hard performance issues. Maybe use Ciros buil.prop?
Youtube-App does not work probably. Maybe also performance?
Sensors do not work.
The status bar freezes sometime. When this happens, you cant see the open apps via holding long time the down-button. Its just a clean background.
One random reboot.
Something to add?

Was your stock system bevore cm Android 4.4? Whatever, I would suggest that you install 4.4 and then, try to install lineage But maybe the dev has other ideas.

Great job indeed! Of all these ROMs for Moto G5+, which one do u think has a louder volume during call than stock? Thats like the basic feature in a phone which I am disappointed to see in the stock..

I can only say that I use Resurrection Remix and since I have still today with telephone and this perfect. I understand the other person perfectly. Can times but the equalizer FX try. He makes everything louder, whether he also makes the phone volume louder I do not know. There is the Play Store and I load the same high. I have tested the Roms but not the telephoning because I have no device or person with which I sowas can test.

I recommend also to store dumps of original partitions (STOCK ROMs of different RET***).
With this will more easy to "reset" to stock in case of some user lost some part (recovery.img; boot.img; system.img; etc.)

Actually the Quick Snap is a MIUI exclusive feature... It requires MIUI framework hence FC while changing it in Custom ROMs:silly:
HDR Auto and pro are finniky though... You are correct... But we can use GCam for HDR+ with Camera2api:fingers-crossed:
It gives far more great results and upto 10MB image size and ZSL minimizes the image blurr in HDR:cyclops:

Does it have Save to SD card option? I can't find it. It is working well in NitrogenOS 8.1 but the pictures are saving in internal memory.

I think it's the same rom but built for z3+/z4. The descriptions on the website are exactly the same for z3+/z4 and for z5 and release the same date by the same author.
So now, what's the next step ? I would prefer to take the official v2.5 and try to debloat all the stuff.

Guys just download my ROM when I say mine I mean modified by @nreuge and I was just bothered to make it work for the z3+ and just try it out it has ambient display, translate mrom settings and more unlike the orginin Chinese one THIS WILL NOT BRICK YOU PHONE IT IS SAFE
so guys the rom is now officially working no brick yay everything seems to be running smoothly like as if i was actually using my z5 not z3+ overheating just a little more but not noticeable core control seems to be the same new features have been added this version is more advanced and better basically but there is a slight issue sim card is not working i have used @zacharias.maladroit kernel or otherwise it would not boot the only thing that needs to happen now is to wait if zacharias can make a kernel similar to the one he did specifically for the z5 which is appreciated to the z3+ as well to make my and @nreuge rom working perfectly with sim card working link..............
