I personally have a problem with these posts. Why not put up an add on XDA so you guys earn some money too with his adds to cover some costs of this great FREE forum

it is not his work its actually an app in google play store with the name of super status bar and its theme istatusbar ios7, and for this to work you dont need root or a dedoxed rom
