I know this is the XA1 forum, but it seems there isn't a forum for the XA1 PLUS yet. I have a question about the fingerprint sensor on the XA1 PLUS. It seems the fingerprint sensor on the US version will not be functional, but since I assume the hardware is there, will there be a hack to make it work?

I got my XA 1 plus from amazon india and fingerprint is working perfectly. you should wait for the thread and may be some developers can answer your question.

Xperia M5 doesn't have Gyroscope sensor, VR related apps won't work.

Hi there's just obtained the device myself but was a long term user of Battery Care on the Xperia X and it worked fine on that although people said it wasn't supported. I've had it installed for a few days but haven't noticed anything as of yet...
Does the XA1 Ultra support Battery Care? If not, I really think this should be considered
Just last night I received the Battery Care notification for the first time on this device and now we can confirm that yes, it does work on the XA1 Ultra ?

Hi! I'm planning to buy the Honor 7x when it arrives in my country. However, I want to know first if it already supports Camera2 Api out of the box? I only plan to buy it because of the camera and I want shutter speeds of at least 20 seconds.
I don't know how to root phones so I'm using the phones as it is.

Reviews of the phone on YouTube say that the camera has a f / 2.2. This is very little, I was hoping for f / 2.0. I think that this phone is not worth buying for the camera.
As the other user above asked, does this phone support camera2 API?
As per the title;
I have seen comments in other xa2 and xa2 ultra threads that say that the camera's quality remains exactly the same after unlocking the bootloader.
Do the drm keys have any bearing on camera quality anymore?

I have the xa2 ultra and both of the front cams work
Thanks for the replies. I suppose xperifix makes this moot but it's good to know image processing is untouched.

I have read about voices of spO2 sensor on Mi Band 5.
I bought global version on the mazon (I'm from Italy) and of course, there is no mension about spO2 sensor.
I'd like to know if you know anything about this sensor. No rumors, just solid news.
There is an hidden sensor non activated for some strange commercial reason or it's just a fake?

They do seem to share firmware but I don't think that they would lock hardware , I am also wondering about NFC.
IMHO they will improve it on mi band 6.
