UPDATE #3
Mostly working TEST rom up next wensday the latest!! I would have released it today but unfortunaley im at the hospital at the moment so yeah.
UPDATE #2:
Got android.process.acore away, but now i have a new fc: com.android.phone. Cant fix it now, because i am going on holiday for today and tomorrow(wensday and thursday). Will continue when i get back on friday.
Also I will release a test build next wensday the latest. But first i will provide the alpha test build to my beta tester.

i understand but if you get boot did you try to change the libs from cm7 on your rom hw and modules and all lib folder ?

sensors,gps,etc to get work you will find this folder on system/lib
also look for init.d folder on etc folder and change if is need
change also cm7 camera libs to your port cm7 based libs

what permission to fix if the rom don`t have any drivers from original phone and have drivers from ported phone.

The look of iOS, the functionalities of Android.. I don't get why so few people are interested in this rom..

I can't help you porting it, but maybe it FC'ed because of different Android API. You can't simply shove an apk from any Android to another Android, especially if the version number differs. What is the Android version in your Chinese phone?

How To Install
1. Download Zip file
2. Reboot into TWRP recovery
3. Flash Zip file
4. Reboot
5. Done Enjoy Stock Camera on any custom rom
I'd like to give credit to DevendraMilmile121 for the original port here.

I patched the apk to avoid the FC when com.motorola.frameworks.core.addon.jar is present.
No need to delete the com.motorola.*** .jar files from system/framework/

My understanding is that when /system/framework/com.motorola.frameworks.core.addon.jar is present
com.motorola.camera.device.framework.CameraMotExt.<clinit> fails to find class "android.hardware.Camera$EnvDetectCallback"
So I emptied out the static method (<clinit>) and initialised a couple of variables outside.
I used DexPatcher to modify it.
Then the behaviour is the same as if /system/framework/com.motorola.frameworks.core.addon.jar wasn't there.
Clearly this is a workaround not a fix. It would be nice to know why it can't find the class and fix it so that "CameraMot" is supported (I guess this is some hardware optimisation)

Thank you for this. After I deleted those files, an FC message saying "Motorola Settings" has stopped would greet me at every boot. This'll take care of that.
I don't believe it has anything to do with video recording though, does it?

I didn't see issues with video recording either with the patched Moto camera and deleting the .jar files, or using this Moto camera as is. The Motorola settings seems to pop up whenever, but dismissing it doesn't seem to cause issues with the camera app or the system itself - curious!

It can't be updated or it would loose the patch.
Quality wise I would say it's close to stock but probably a little below (can someone confirm this?)
For now I think this is the best we can get for non stock roms.
If someone wants to step up and try to get a proper fix that would be ideal.

I'm using cr droid and had this camera tuner by default

i'm geting "device not compatable" when i open the camera. And nothing to delete com system/framework
i have an moto x2 (xt1097) on aosp extended 7.1.2

This camera port is for athene only.

How-To add LG's Equalizer to your Hifi Quad Dac Sound Section

Pretty simple process for adding a built in tuner to the LG V30 Sound Section under the Hiding Quad Dac section.
Note: Tested across a few different variants but no idea if this will work on not rooted devices or on custom roms. Let us know if you have any issues.
Step 1: Go to: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/lgele...elease/equalizer-7-0-11-android-apk-download/
Step 2: Download and install the equalizer file.
Step 3: Reboot
Step 4: Open your settings and confirm it's been added by heading to: Settings > Sounds > Sound Quality and Effects > Equalizer
That's it. You're done. Yep it's that simple.

EDIT: I keep getting a "Network issue" error when I try and add photos. Will update from my computer in a couple mins. You should be able to handle this without the pics though. Stay tuned.

H930 doesn't YET have DTS framework in firmware. You can enable the buttons but they don't do anything, for DTS. Wait for future update.

I'll submit the equalizer apk from my module to apkmirror so it's easier to get for everyone.

7.0.13 is live on apkmirror

It's in my module if you want it that way. If John is going to bake it, it probably won't be till the next round of updates for his firmware zips.

I installed it, but if it's this common/easy/ubiquitous, should probably be in the ROM itself, rather than an addon.

Because it's as simple as replacing a package in a ROM. Why add another step for the end user, have you seen the WTF and KDZ threads? I'd rather minimize installing Magisk modules, you're promoting yours over something that could easily be innate. If John bakes this in, it benefits everyone.

Well there's actually one other file you have to edit. And it's not replacing anything... And I think you'll appreciate what John is working on now over an equalizer. And he'd have to do this with every single update.
And he'd have to unpack the system.img and repack it.
By all means keep telling devs what to do. And how is this a Dev adding a step for end users? It's a non stock option you can choose not to use.

tried it our with lastest stable but didnt work, get bootscreen and was able to get edge lights but no other future besides that.

Some other module u have installed might be conflicting with this one. If on rice, uninstall that. Or try removing all the modules and then installing just this one...I've tried this and many other people did it too, was working fine.

did'nt for my phone too. only boot animation take the changes...

No other module, actually I even clean flash the lastest update cause I was on a custom rom, fully fresh flashed, no modules just that one . Tired several times and no luck. Perhaps is model dependant I don't know. I do get the bootscreen which is very nice, so it is flashing it's just not flashing everything.

By the way i just tried your other module, the one that changes fod and it works just fine. So it might be and issues the the zip file.

cleaned flash beta 9 no mods just this only one and also it didnt work again same thing just bootanimation is working rest of the modifications dont take effect.

Flash overlay mount fix from magisk

I flashed this with mount fix when i try to switch CP77 theme in themes it crashes system so hard that it wont even boot beyond to bootanimation. Device is clean flashed OB9 with no other modifications done. Any ideas about it?
