I think it requires devs to handle and have good knowledge of both platforms.

Probably not going to happen. Most likely, none of the devs would care enough to remotely try to port the code to .NET.
Sorry.

And you need it to follow your own topic

Finally ported xda app to windows 10 mobile.....

It's a lot more in depth than just porting it. You need to know a lot of programming as you are going to see a ton of issues initially. Google how to build ROMs.

What is the ROM you're looking at, OP?
I've never seen an AOSP ROM not support the galaxy nexus.

Desire C has armv7, our Wildfire S has armv6 that is, as the older generation. It'll be hard, and theoretically impossible.
Everything is possible and nothing complicated.

Yeh I figured that out. Our phone would have been perfect if there would have been a port. I was even willing to pay the developer. Anyway. Maybe sometime in future.

I even considered that! But the only problem is am not a technically sound person.
And there are no clear instructions on how to port it to a device. I can give it a shot if somebody could point me out in the right direction

I do remember having to flash CM 12 as a base yes. Things have changed. Remember it's a new OS and should be treated separately to iOS and Android. If that makes sense.
I've asked the dev if he can show where the source code is
