All of the links on the forum appear to be dead! And sammobile.com only has UCDLK3 which isn't useful to me since I've updated OTA previously and the fused version value has been increased.
THANKS in advance!

There's not any official ODIN files passed LK3. All the updates after that were OTA only. However, someone here in the galaxy s3 forums made one for 4.3 jellybean and some other guy found one someone else had made for 4.4 , which both are unofficial.

I'm not sure why it would say that, but the firmware in this thread is the same build, MDL, as the update. If you flashed it you are updated.

Atmazzz have you been able to flash this and see if flashing OUDHS Recovery or TWRP Recovery works with ODIN?
I don't know why it wouldn't but someone to verify it would be nice. haha

Not yet. I downloaded the firmware this morning and then had to go to work. It will be about 2 more hours and then I'll install it and Odin TWRP to see if I can get it to root.
This is stock unmodified firmware - use ODIN , not some modifed recovery

Not at all. You can flash the previous firmware and ROM's built upon it with no problem. As well you can still flash Cyanogenmod.

A bit lost in the forums. Just upgraded from an AT&T Galaxy S3 to a AT&T Galaxy Note II. I am looking for an unmodified stock ROM/firmware for the AT&T Note II. There has been a very recent update to ATTI317UCAMC3 and I am looking to download the untouched stock firmware for a manual update via Odin. Could someone please provide me with a link from where I can download the full version which is over 800MB.
welcome to the note ii!
the most recent update was a modem update and was around 60-80mb. So I would recommend downloading the 4.1.2 firmware for 2013 January from http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1/?model=SGH-I317&pcode=0#firmware then doing an OTA update (on a wifi connection). hope this helps a bit!
Thank you for your response. Is there a download link for the OTA update that I could use to do a manual update via Odin?
I just found this in the other forums, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2274854
I think that's exactly what you're looking for!
Thank you for the link. I in fact saw that link earlier before posting on this forum. If you notice the firmware has been modified and is not the base stock. It has been rooted as well. Plus deodexed.. etc.
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1/?model=SGH-I317&pcode=ATT#firmware
This is the only firmware I can find that is "pure" stock. .g
Edit: The site is official Samsung firmware for the SGH-I317, but does require registration.
I hope this helps you. ..g
Yup thats what I have downloaded.. but its not the latest I guess I would do an OTA update.. oh well.

Hello people. I'm stuck in bootloop. I have a M919V phone. I've tried flashing a M919 firmware but no dice. Is anybody kind enough to upload a working Odin flashable M919V firmware, or to let me know where I can download one?

to my knowledge... there is none floating around. however... the M919V source code has been released and you "might" be able to bribe someone into building you a working ROM from that.
here's a similar thread I found on XDA:

You also may end up needing this link:

How do you build a working rom out of the source code?
The only think I need is somebody who has a Videotron or Wind m919v and can upload the working stock rom with the modem.
Hard to believe nobody on xda has one. Damn I'll even make a donation!

I have been looking for the same firmware for quite awhile and even opened a similar thread earlier. You Sir, have provided the most information as of yet.
A sincere thank you.
I have a videotron S4, I will be happy to help you with it, but I will need a guide on how to do it ? I haven't rooted the phone it is pure Videotron Stock. Also confirm me if I do so it won't include my personal data in it ?
If you guys need file hosting to collaborate, just let me know.

Before you do a Odin flash, try to reboot the phone into recovery and do a "Factory Reset"
there is at least a 50/50 chance that it will fully boot after doing that.
Good Luck!

I've never seen an official AT&T stock 4.3 ROM. I know AT&T released 4.3 as an OTA update but don't think they released a full ROM.

Aren't those are re-packaged ROMs rather than being a complete 4.3 ROM similar to Rogers/Bell/Telus ROMs? To install, you have to Odin back to a stock rom or TW-based ROM.

am sure there is an official firmware from at&t and its hidden in this threads or somewhere on the net plus i was on a 4.1.2 stock, i dont like leaks just the official cleaned out so i did not have any problems with bootloaders/updating etc....... did not bother to use odin just flashed with CMW and everything worked
edit: devs need the official firmware from AT&T to work on , without it they have nothing (assuming you already know that)

AT&T did not release an official Odin tar for 4.1.2 or 4.3 it would be great if they did but they haven't and don't have any plans to do so.
Even without the tar files I think our developers have done a great job.

Agreed. The devs worked directly from the OTA. They never had the official firmware, as they all will tell you. You're not going to find it here or anywhere on the net.

AT&T released official for 4.1.2 , dont know what happned with 4.3 but blame Samsung cuz after 4.1.1 S3's update, updates went down from there ........4.1.2 update was great, 4.3 being a WTF and no 4.2.2 .........but am optimistic that 4.4 is coming for S3's and never will CM/AOKP/PARANOID roms forsake the S3 it will have 5+ versions

So since you allege AT&T released official firmware for 4.1.2(some other way than OTA) obviously my search skills aren't what they should be. Can you provide a link to backup your allegations?
Whether or not we get updates has little to do with Samsung and more to do with the service provider, and it is the service provider whom determines if we get an official copy released.
My thought is that AT&T is attempting to discourage us from customizing our devices. Some people have no business customizing anything and that can cause them to attempt to return their device under warranty. When the owner was the cause of the device failure that costs the provider money...

Btw I want to apologize to the OP here is a link to some roms that are pre rooted they're very close to stock with only minor differences mostly in its capabilities and some are debloated. These will get you rooted for sure, remove knox and should do what you want. I like the one from loserskater. This link below works only on the AT&T SGH-I747.

Haoleflip, it would depend on what stock firmware you are looking for. If you mean the 4.3JB, then the one posted in the following thread by senior contributor enewman remains the best available:
