Can the system language be changed into Chinese?

My dad wants to get a desire, but he absolutely needs it to be Chinese. Is is possible to change the System Language to Chinese?
If not, possible to flash a Chinese rom on it?[would be nice if somebody could link...]

[Q] Garmin Asus A10 change language pack

Hi,
Is anyone know how to change language pack Garmin Asus A10 ? I have Indonesian version which only provide English language for interface and keyboard, I need the Chinese input like in Malaysian version, already download and try update the Malaysian version over Indonesian, but it said invalid file.
Indonesian version is 5.0.71
Malaysian version is 5.0.64
Anyone know what I must do? Thanks in advance.

you can't, because your phone is malesian...
you can't change the language because the firmware can't changed, so, you must change the imei for do this.

Hi, you just go on Android Market , search the software by "PINYIN", and you will find plenty of chinese input there, they work.

My Bell's Galaxy 3 only has 3 languages - English, French and Korean on the list of Language. The phone model is SGH-I747M. It is Android 4.1.1.
How do I get Chinese language on the list?

S20 SM-G9810 Chinese Stock to full English

Hi All,
I have purchased an S20 model SM-G9810 in China, I can change the language to English but still, I have a lot of Chinese apps and some main things still show in Chinese characters.
is there anything I can do to replace the operating system with full English?

You have to flash the Taiwan version of the ROM.
