It is not possible port this rom to s3 neo beacause the devices have two different chipset,J5 2016 have Snapdragon 410,and s3 neo have Snapdragon 400. Also the s3 neo does not have a base touchwiz rom with android 7.0 so it's impossible,But I could think of creating a version of this rom for the S3 neo

There is a problem with the fast empty and slow battery and the problem has a video no picture just at the decoder's problem then the wifi is direct light and now there is a problem with the camera on the new version v1. 3 and v1.1 is better for the camera and light. Do not lose the phone to rebuild if i can this new 2gb to start 8.1 i would like this and tera and 7.0. Some are working on the roms and 7.0 although this rom does not but i found the radio itself that can work i have been scratching the theme to rebuild but the roma creator has stopped at v1.3.You can if you can swap the phone to 6.0 or 7.0 it would be super
You are more skilled they use roms with the s5 mini and with some j5 so it writes in the rom.No lose that there is some rom that functions similar to this one on the link normal paid.

For theme i had already ported s6 theme check in themes and apps section for system ui i tried from lollipop which was made for s4 it failed everytime.ŕ

Interesting and also imposible , S3 have another type of hardware , software can't be ported , only the app's addapted to 4.4.2 or 4.4.4 , The note 2 Lollipop has been allready Official Canceled ! . End of life for us on 4.4.2 and 4.4.4 ROM's for custom install , and 4.3 for the official .

Why do you want the rom from the SM-T330 on the SM-T310? They use different SOC's (SM-T310 uses Samsung's Exynos chipset while the SM-T330 uses a Qualcomm chipset). So the sources are not really compatible.
Furthermore, they use different graphics chips. So, while you *might* technically be able to run the SM-T330 ROM on the SM-T310, it probably isn't worth it.
Especially since some people already have an unofficial build of Cyanogenmod 12.1 for it (Android 5.1). Why don't you get involved with them instead?
Look over their repositories and their commit history to understand what they did and why they did it (assuming good commit logs).

Even if dual sim doesn't work, i don't get it, it's the same HW and i wonder how could making CM13 possible to Grand 2 and not to S3 neo? This thread is for TW i get it, but MM TW didn't land on grand 2 neither /: am i missing something? Can the drivers from motion ROM help or something?
Only if i can grab a grand2 CM13 rom and slap S3 Neo motion device specific stuff to it and see how it will go.
After i finish my collage, i will learn it, and i will make my own MM rom.

Unfortunately, there needs to be a touchwiz base for the device to make a custom rom from. So the only touchwiz custom roms for the i9195 are 4.4.2 kitkat or earlier.
Also it is nearly impossible to port a touchwiz rom from a different device unless they have very similar hardware

No i mean custom roms like V-rom ; Hopelite ....etc
If your looking for touchwiz UI just get a CM based Rom and get any old touchwiz theme off the playstore but if you want the awful fork of android that is touchwiz then no there is no MM version for the S4 mini
isn't there anything like SuperMan nor Electron Team for i9195?!?

if useful I found the following, google "Update Galaxy S4 Mini to Android 5.1.1 S6 Mini Lollipop Custom Firmware (by Saad Khan) ".
I tried to install it via CWM but haven't succeeded yet... let me know if anyone does in the meantime.
the other one I found is googling "Update Galaxy S4 Mini (All Variants) to Android 5.0 S5 Mini Lollipop Custom ROM (by adityapal, senior XDA member)"

I've already tested those roms but they have several issues like white text , recents , ............................. so i removed them and reinstalled the stock rom again

so in your experience they aren't reliable, are they...?!? I only found the first by Saad Khan, for the second one (adityapal/adizmayazal) I get a download error.

the matter is that I really feel comfortable and love some touchwiz features...

It's more like 3.5 years old, released middle of 2013.
Unfortunately, old devices like this one you can have old touchwiz or newer custom roms. Luckily we still have a really good group of developers even now working on android 7.1.1

That's the S4 mini plus (i9195l)
I think it is possible to port TW LP to S4 mini. S3 neo and Grand 2 also had LP port from S5 mini(check motion rom on xda). And Grand 2 and S3 neo are about to get TW MM as well as S5 mini got update recently its WIP.
I don't own this device nor do i have much experience of port TW but if i get to know a device close to S4 mini and TW LP &/or MM updates available then please tell me
So please LMK if there is a device close to S4 mini
