yes, but RR is much better and have great battery life with RR without compromising with device performance. My device is always connected to internet (4G) and battery discharging is very less. it is because of the rr custom kernel which uses different power saving technique :fingers-crossed:

**** sorry for misleading about theh Android L, it was actually the theme that had the effect even before the update.
I got it OTA and Here is my observations :
-settings scrolling bug has been fixed
-it feels smoother and till now I got no glitches, lag or other stuff
-battery seems good till now and I hope it be like this all time.
In total I'm really liking this update

You can root by flashing .230 kernel, rooting and re-flashing ,283kernel

And that error happens after 1minute, 7 seconds...
So i am nowhere near finishing to fix all errors that may occur

This might well be. I admit that I do not use the function... I really don't and I disable the feature when it's enabled as default
Why ? Because I found out that it takes some battery life...
Anyways, if it's not working, we should blame Xiaomi because that is kernel related.
So I guess that we should wait for the project on a custom kernel to get a little more mature.
For the rest, enjoy the ROM...

Look at motion rom history
and bugs
motion rom=S5 mini lollipop rom
why it didnt port from other device?
becuse all of hardware information is like s5 mini (qoulcom version)
so every rom like Ciro's ROM or Aditya or etc...
base on motion 17 have random reboot problem

OK...after almost 5 time reflashing the rom I can definitely say the rom doesn't boots up...
It's stuck at the boot animation even now, while I'm waiting already 20 minutes...

You rlly have to try them, but as this doesnt rlly helps here some thoughts: you might want to test a CM / now Linage based rom (like RR) and compare it with a stockbased rom like FreedomOS (using myself) latter tends to be a bit more stable and camera is still better i think (i believe the OOS port has still some minor issues) - overall you cant do wrong with the most popular roms imho, they are great!
edit: as i use the official xda app i just noticed its somehow hard to find the ROMs using pc/laptop. Therefor: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/development?daysprune=-1&order=desc&sort=views#romList <= as said with FreedomOS (CE) and RR you wont do anything wrong. RR will force you into flashing regularly (if you re an flashaholic)…FOS leaves you with stable builds for some weeks, so its a bit less stress.

I think it's the same rom but built for z3+/z4. The descriptions on the website are exactly the same for z3+/z4 and for z5 and release the same date by the same author.
So now, what's the next step ? I would prefer to take the official v2.5 and try to debloat all the stuff.

Guys just download my ROM when I say mine I mean modified by @nreuge and I was just bothered to make it work for the z3+ and just try it out it has ambient display, translate mrom settings and more unlike the orginin Chinese one THIS WILL NOT BRICK YOU PHONE IT IS SAFE
so guys the rom is now officially working no brick yay everything seems to be running smoothly like as if i was actually using my z5 not z3+ overheating just a little more but not noticeable core control seems to be the same new features have been added this version is more advanced and better basically but there is a slight issue sim card is not working i have used @zacharias.maladroit kernel or otherwise it would not boot the only thing that needs to happen now is to wait if zacharias can make a kernel similar to the one he did specifically for the z5 which is appreciated to the z3+ as well to make my and @nreuge rom working perfectly with sim card working link..............

so guys the rom is now officially working no brick yay everything seems to be running smoothly like as if i was actually using my z5 not z3+ overheating just a little more but not noticeable core control seems to be the same new features have been added this version is more advanced and better basically but there is a slight issue sim card is not working i have used @zacharias.maladroit kernel or otherwise it would not boot the only thing that needs to happen now is to wait if zacharias can make a kernel similar to the one he did specifically for the z5 which is appreciated to the z3+ as well to make my and @nreuge rom working perfectly with sim card working link.............. https://mega.nz/#!bsInhDaK!9jzu3cSL5sT21J9GT0z1r5FMRUcnpPB56_2FYagtUcg

Just downloaded and did'nt work !!! Can't installl it just let u install a kernel that'z alll
